Desire for a Woman (2001)

One of my summer favorites! This scent is lush, sexy and powdery! Wear it along with the lotion for a even longer lasting scent.

Not a masterpiece, but a good fragrance. Sweet and soft top notes with a well-built unique heart, ending through a quiet and warm atmosphere. Surely not an original perfume, quite good as a present for your colleague or your son's wife.

It was a coincidence that one good friend of mine gave me a vial of this perfume just because she couldn't stand the strong scent. Considering that she is more into floral-oriental, I came to the conclusion that it should just tickle my happy nostrils. I was right.

Now, while other perfumes gradually move from one stage to another, Desire (for me) is a warm and sensual perfume that when straight to its strong (but good) notes of amber, sandalwood, caramel and vanilla. Although it didnt last long on me, the amber-vanilla mix smells delicious while it lasted. I intend to use the vial to its very last drop, thank you!

Desire for women, as is the Red one for men, is just yummy! I love the warmth in this fragrance. I love the way it opens up with rich sensuality, followed by the heart notes which are wonderfully enticing and creamy. The dry down is enchanting with warmth that follows from the beginning to the end. I find that Desire is long-lasting and prefer to wear it during the cooler months. I just can't get enough of its rich flavorful clouds of desire following behind me... like little red and pink clouds filled with hearts, passion and DESIRE.
Desire is deep and very sensual, perfect for romantic wear. But I will wear it any time I feel like it; it's a fragrance that is suitable for any age - I'm 30. There is a creamy-caramelly scent in it that men love and women always ask about. I would say that Desire is one of those yummy scents like Pink Sugar without the sharp burnt sugar note. I do love Pink Sugar too, but Desire is smoother and like I said creamier. I rate it a 10* scent! Oh I also forgot to mention that this is definitely a fragrance that oozes confidence and bold/adventurous-femininity (not a shy-girl fragrance)... you wear this because you love being seen and heard :) Perfect too, because there is just something about DESIRE that makes people look-up and notice you; want to be near you and around you :) You wear DESIRE because you are the type of a woman who loves to laugh out-loud, you're playful and happy. That is what I think of DESIRE!
