Eau Fraîche (1986)

I discovered this around 1980 when I was about 13 in a chemist shop while on holiday in Blackpool (welll how exotic indeed) and have loved it ever since. Have not owned a bottle for maybe 10 years now and thought it out of production but am now on the hunt to see if I can still find it - so hope it is. I can still remember the smell - fresh, sharp, lemon, zingy and I still love that kind of fragrance today. It was the first perfume I fell in love with and it was `my' signature scent :-)

This one was released in the 70's - and not in 1986 - I am 100% sure of this, because I wore it at school when I was 13 ... - and that was NOT in 1986.
It's a fresh Eau with a strong, very rustic lilly-of-the valley note. Very striking - and long-lasting for a so-called Eau fraiche. Memorable and original.

My grandmother used to wear it. It reminds me of her. A fresh rose with a hint of water. Not the best of fragrances but one of the few I bought twice.
