'Folie Douce' is a charming, graceful, creamy mimose fragrance.

For me, this was a truly surprising discovery... from the modern-day "Gres", whose ham-handed devastation of the once-peerless 'Cabochard' as well as their release of the noxious, corrosive, brash, ultra-alkaline --I'll stop--'Cabotine' had both left me dubious of their integrity, as a house.

Though 'Folie Douce' is really heavy on the mimose and somewhat linear, it actually, after a minute or two, smells *extremely* similar to Guerlain's 'Champs Elysees', only ever-so-slightly less 'rich'.

And, as it can still be found easily online for under 20USD, I urge 'Champs Elysees'-lovers, as well as fans of wearable, good-quality florals to give 'Douce' try.
