I love this fragrance and get SO many compliments on it. I think it is partially because it blends with my skin well but I highly enjoy this scent. It's warm and spicy and to me it's pretty heavy. I consider it less of a day scent and it's also very unique. I also love the packaging!

I am quite impressed by this fragrance. It has a very interesting opening: it’s brightly citrus, somewhat fruity, and warm spicy. It is a very catching accord that doesn’t seem extremely feminine to my nose, perhaps because the cardamom, leather, pepper, and nutmeg come to fore right away. But then, the opening doesn’t seem masculine for that matter; it simply seems “business like.” When the mid notes start taking force, the scent turns a little more feminine. It gets quite white flowery with the jasmine, gardenia, and lily, but the florals are not overdone and the fragrance manages to stay quite office friendly. The dry down is rich with its musk, nutmeg, vanilla and oakmoss, and it lasts well. This scent provides a restrained but adequate sillage, and it has an acceptable longevity. It is really an enjoyable fragrance. It could work very nicely as an office fragrance. I think that it is much better than the male version.

I actually do like Kenneth Cole New York a lot! The moment I sprayed it on I got compliments from my husband who is very open when it comes to his likes and dislikes... So this was an instant purchase on the spot! With notes of: top - zesty mandarin, black currant; middle - spicy white cardamom, jasmine and cinnamon bark; base - red mahogany, and leather... I can honestly say that I expected a far more exuberant and vocal scent... not that I would say that KC New York is restrained in any way, on the contrary Kenneth Cole New York is buttery and dreamy and very liberated... and yes I agree with those who say that it would fit well within any work-environment... But somehow I feel like a cat lying in the sun whenever I wear it; calm and relaxed and deliciously satisfied... perhaps a little poetic, perhaps a little bit more liberated then usual, more boundless and more open... but perhaps it's all just my imagination...

I was so happy to find this. It's feminine without being girly or in-your-face overtly sexual; it's somewhere in the middle. This is a refined, elegant, versatile fragrance for women that is truly unique. It's bucking the current trends - it's no sugary/fruity, loud floral, or marine/ozone clone. I think that many people will not know quite what to make of this one because we're so used to all of the copycat frags out there. This is smooth, quiet, and alluring. It will become a staple in my fragrance wardrobe.

This one holds a special place in my heart. It was the first real perfume that I bought for myself during my first real internship. I love the oriental citrus smell that it has and the leather gives it a little in-your-face kick. I wore it all during my summer in Minneapolis, but I've had to abandon it for the likes of Armani Sensi and Burberry for Women. I've had it for about 4 years now, and I think the scent turned on me. The last time I put it on, the balance was all out of whack. I might scavenge up another bottle, though, for old time's sake. Oh, and the bottle design is definitely unique.

Woods, spice, floral & citrus - but nothing stands out here. Too bad this fragrance doesn't live up to the expectations created by the modern/chic bottle design. Very non-descript. I put this in the same category as Jadore and Very Irresistable...blase'.
