Reviews of Kors ![]() lauraschoice United StatesShow all reviews | I cannot share at all in the enthusiasm shown for this perfume from it's other reviews. This is a very strong, sweet musk that is really overbearing (and never settles down) but not distinctive. Its complete absence of soft or feminine notes would seem to make it a better choice for evening than daytime but use it sparingly, if you must. You could actually make someone ill if they inhale too much of it. 4th January, 2011. |
| Diamondflame SingaporeShow all reviews | Rather evocative, taking me to a swanky party attended by fine young ladies. With a delightful aroma of fresh roses and strawberries, red wine and pink champagne interrupted only by the occasional whiff of sweet smoke. As it dries down, it gets a little indolic with gardenia and tuberose, and I even caught a salty tinge of leather(?) Fascinating. KORS may have the makings of a sleeper hit. 5th January, 2010. |

The scent notes are always changing, with the top notes moving to the bottom, then back up to the top. Always a pleasure to wear. It is nothing like the stuff Michael Kors has out now, none of which I find spectacular. I love this so much, I bought four big bottles and stashed them away so I can keep wearing this for as long as I can. 2nd July, 2009. (Last Edited: 13rd July, 2009.) |
| Nostalgie United StatesShow all reviews | I hope Kors does not disappear altogether, because it is unique and brilliant, though certainly not right for everyone or for every occasion. The top notes are listed as red wine and rose, and it does have a delightful, boozy quality. The strong masculine note seems to dance a dramatic tango with the strong feminine note. Although I don't smell cigarettes (and some people do), Kors makes me feel like I'm in a smokey bar or at a great party in a New York Loft. If New Year's Eve were a fragrance, it would be Kors. 1st December, 2008. |
| foetidus United StatesShow all reviews | Very nice - unique. KORS Eau de Parfum is one of a kind. The first note I encountered is the boozy wine note; it is very enjoyable and was such a pleasant surprise. Smells to me like red wine – 1996 Gevrey Chambertin, Domaine Serafin, to be exact. I really enjoy the Burgandy note and the soft underlying rose / rosewood accord. About the only sweetness in the fragrance is supplied by some berry notes, and I could almost swear I smelled strawberries in there along with the other berries. KORS EDP is a bit on the subtle side; it’s quite casually / sophisticatedly feminine; stays close and lasts an average length of time. Unique and precious. 14th March, 2008. |
| ubuandibeme United StatesShow all reviews | Wine and Roses, the stuff Kors is made of! CALCHIC's got this one pin-pointed & detailed. I will look for just the right occasion to wear my sample of this luxury frag. It's special! 17th October, 2007. |
