Reviews of Tosca ![]() tanto United StatesShow all reviews | Lovely scent. Refined, elegant, very European. I gave this to my fiance when we were still courting back in the early 70's. Although she wore many expensive frags, this too was one of her favorites because it had a scent all its own........feminine (without being too sweet or flowery), classy, and somewhat avant garde. I was able to purchase it on E 86th St, NYC, at some of the German stores that were there back then. They have all since left that area and I have never seen Tosca again, anywhere. Too bad because it is a fragrance "masterpiece". 9th February, 2009. |
| Ken_Russell RomaniaShow all reviews | Refined, and, to make it even better, inexpensive( yet high quality) citrus- leathery female fragrance, quite similar to 4711 but with a more feminine touch. Refined chypre drydown and not sweet at all, feminine without avoiding a certain crisp, elegant, almost masculine-but in the superior sense of the word, the sophisticated, sober and refined image of manhood- as impeccably crafted as Puccini's timeless opera, a true artwork. 3rd December, 2006. |
