A perfectly lovely drugstore frag -- the perfect choice for a young girl's first perfume. I remember very fondly how my first grade teacher wore this -- she was fresh out of college and it fit her perfectly.

Soft, jasmine-y goodness, with just a touch of lilac. Gorgeous drydown for a frag so cheap and readily available.

May they never decide to discontinue this affordable classic.

This is a lovely scent to my nose. Do you recall the old jingle "I can't seem to forget you, your Wind Song stays on my mind"? Whoever wrote this knew what they were saying. Something about this haunting scent (worn on the person with the correct chemistry that is) really did stay on my mind--for forty three years to be exact! For this length of time I have been searching for this elusive scent. It has taken me all this time to finally locate a name behind what a scent memory was trying to tell me. An amazing story but one with a happy ending. The only thing that comes close to it in formulation is L'Air du Temps, but the two are distinguishable when compared. I don't notice Wind Song much anymore, unfortunately. It's a classic spicy floral, and one that should be worn. On the right lady it is simply terrific. If it works well with your body chemistry you will certainly stand out in splendor. And the price simply cannot be beat.

Top
Bergamot, lemon, tarragon, coriander

Middle
Lilac, rose, jasmine

Base
Sandalwood, vetiver, amber

Well, obviously Wind Song doesn't agree with the previous reviewers chemistry! It doesn't with mine either, as musk doesn't usually work for me.

Anyway, I am giving this a thumbs up on how this smells on others who have the correct chemistry. My grandmother wears this quite a bit and it is awesome on her. Spicy carnation with a fresh tone to it. Reminds me a bit of clean clothes on the line, a cool breeze blowing, warm sunshine, with a beautiful garden full of carnations and sweet william nearby. Just lovely on the right lady. Sentimental, warm and fuzzy!
