Reviews of Shafali Fleur Rare

A cloyingly sweet floriental that quickly becomes annoying. I don't get much in the way of development or depth --- but a heavy dose of this could induce insulin shock in the more susceptible! I don't get bookwyrmsmith's comparison to Norell or Wind Song --- Shafali is much heavier and sweeter, without the aldehydic top notes of those other two. And I can't imagine any man choosing a scent this sweet, heavy and floral.

With some more careful blending and balance, this could have been made into something quite lovely, but to me it conjures up images of a woman wearing way too much makeup and dressed in loud colors that don't suit either her or each other.

a rich tobbaccoy fragrance also some hints of balsaam soap clean could have sold well as unisex but marketed as womens-wind song and norrell are similar.
