Reviews of 1872 for Men ![]() Stallone Italiano Show all reviews | definitive perfume for a very Men 19th December, 2011. |
| Griff United StatesShow all reviews | Geza Shoen's modern update on the traditional "cologne water," 1872 is somewhat similar to Tiffany For Men, only with a dash of pepper,a bit less powder and a much more "buttery" lemon note. The drydown is fairly linear and the sillage is moderate. Excellent for evening wear and to this nose, definitely not "feminine." Smells like one rich SOB! Worth the cost? Maybe, but as long as TFM is in production, it presents a better value for those concerned with price. Otherwise, by all means, spend away for a bottle of 1872, you rich SOB you! 14th December, 2011. |
| DavidBond007 United StatesShow all reviews | I smell butter and only butter. And this is the most expensive perfume company? I was expecting a lot more than this. What a letdown. 8th October, 2010. |
![]() PerfumeCollector United StatesShow all reviews | I can not give thumbs up to this fragrance for two reasons first, it is one of the most expensive colognes I have ever tried, and second, it lasts the time it takes to leave your bathroom and get into yor car (and only if your garage is next door to the bathroom), therefore, it is not worth it. 25th August, 2010. |
| Radabah United StatesShow all reviews | way too feminine and overpriced for my taste. 23rd July, 2010. |
![]() SirSlarty United StatesShow all reviews | I little peppery (very airy) a little orangey and a touch green. I don't understand the cost rationale behind this one. Nice blend and all but it's not something you'd save up to buy. 6th September, 2009. |
