some resemblancee to green valley and swiss army but no mint in my opinion which makes this better. a great everyday scent that grest sillage. the notes are very enjoying and never overbearing. amber plays it's part very discreetly but albeit well.the best green out their hands down. 09 October 2008

Bobby Jones, a golfer – even before my time. Bobby Jones, the fragrance, is, I agree, a little like Swiss Army. They both have a very similar green in the opening – a green that’s a bit on the sour side. Otherwise it is citrus fresh and lighter than many others fragrances from the same time. The middle continues the green motif with a coniferous cypress while a soft lightwood note joins in. It ends with a simple amber / coniferous drydown. It’s a simple and direct fragrance that does well what it does – a competent fragrance – pleasant, comfortable – but nothing spectacular. 23 August 2008

Hello Gramercy Park, how are you doing? What's that? Oh, I see you've met your friend, amber. Ah, I see. You used to be called Bobby Jones before but divorced amber and became Gramercy Park. Well that must've been quite a soap opera. I liked you before your name change, Bobby. Fresh and green with a sopay tinge to it. A nice, slight sweet amber base to it that steadies everything together. Much more pleasant than other green frags I've tried. 25 June 2008

Smells almost exactly like Jaguar Performance, one of my favorite scents. BJ is a little less sharp and strong...maybe more refined? or maybe just less depth. I like it, its very fresh and kinda sweet. And soapy. Great for summer office wear, especially if you are looking for something different. 14 April 2008

Bobby Jones starts out with a fresh green feel, almost a little like tomato leaves, but not as strong. Then the dry down gets a little warmer with woods and a light musky smell. Nice everyday scent. Seems to me to work better in warm days where a heavy fragrance would be too much. Holds its scent for a couple of hours, but never really gets strong. 06 March 2005

This is a nice fresh scent. Its similar to Swiss Army but a bit more "green". Both are made in Switzerland so maybe there is a slight connection. Great bottle. I like the belt around the bottom. Thumbs up! 09 December 2003
