Like the female version, launched the previous year, this has a over tall bottle. The fragrance is very fresh.

It's fresh, it's sharpish, it's long lasting and, to me, it smells quite classy and opulent - a notch above other well made fresh scents with a bit of citrus in them.

Smells like a raspberry lemon ice. I also get fresh cotton notes and the most unusual red maple. It's too bad the bottle was so cumbersome and awkward-- great fragrance otherwise. Still, the frosted grey sides of the bottle do convey accurately the feel of this scent. I always thought there was something "off" about this one-- in a good way. It never gets mentioned much these days and it's discontinued. I still reach for it on occasion.

I absolutely love this brew. Oddly, I agree with some of the negative comments I've read; there is a chemical undertone to it. However, there is one note in this that stands out (ivy leaf?), and imbues the fragrance with an exotic air that I've never found in any other scent. I cannot figure out what it is. I realize this is a completely subjective appeal, so I would never recommend a blind purchase of DKNY. The bottle is tall and elegant, but impractical.

I'm pretty new to the whole world of appreciating fragrances for what they are, what they contain etc,and have become used to seeing comments on basenotes refferring to fragrances being 'boring','generic' and other such terms. To begin with I could never understand how a particular frag could be boring, however now that i've built up a bit of a collection and been testing more scents,I can fully appreciate those comments, as 'boring' is exactly how I feel about DKNY men.

This was a blind buy,but was so cheap(due to the bottle being chipped- what a
surprise!) that I couldn't resist buying it.It does indeed smell quite cheap, and sure,it's nice and fresh but smells like god knows how many other fragrances that i've got or owned in the past.To make matters worse I can barely detect it on the back of my hand after just 2 hours. If your fan of fresh scents,Moshino friends and Paul Smith's story are far better choices.

My first thought when seeing this fragrance was "Cool Bottle!" The down side to it however is that it doesn't really scream practicality... I did however love the fragrance. This scent starts out with a burst of freshness that is almost eye-watering in intensity but gradually levels out into a sweet, slightly green scent that is definitely an attention getter. I did get a few comments about it as I walked down the hallways at work and all were positive. I do feel that the initial burst of 'fresh' may irritate a few sinus passages. The combination of berries, citrus and wood is not a bad combination of ingredients but i suspect that this is a fragrance that may react wildly differently on different individuals. I like the total feel of it though and give it a thumbs up!

Gah! A chemical and synthetic freshness. Smells cheap. Lemon and lavender is a classic mixture but this doesn't come across as nice at all. It does settle after a while but that chemical fake note just wafts around poking holes in the otherwise fresh and light veil of a fragrance.
