I bought a cute-looking maybe 5ml bottle(who knows) with a little matching tin of this. Some spilled in my pocket and leaked...and I didn't care. Inappropriate for my age group I think(29). Smells too old man-ish, a little cheap too.

Very simple nice green fragrance. A minty/pine fragrance that's great to wear in the summer and is totally inoffensive. It's not groundbreaking but if you can pick it up for a decent price it's something that will lift your spirits.

It is fairly difficult to commend or criticize Green Jeans, it seems to occupy that middle ground of inconsequence. It’s a highly citric opening, seemingly free of the listed aldehydes, but it has all the subtlety of fizzy sherbet. Beyond the rather blatant opening, it does begin to live up to its green billing. The citrus element is now secondary, and it has acquired a starchy quality, like the compressed stems of dark green plants. It’s a brief phase, and Green Jeans quickly slips into a rather simple, clean smelling fragrance with a remote but long-lasting cedar note.

The purpose of this can only have been for Versace to complete their pretty set of Jeans colours.

Green Jeans doesn't work for me. I do generally like pine notes, and I'm ok with herbal notes, but something about the foody oregano and the (synthetic, kind of "shiny") pine comes across as thin, with a kind of fizzy sheen to it. Interesting, but not enjoyable.

The best of Versace's "Jeans" clan.
Baby Blue Jeans is right behind, while the others are miles away and out of sight.
If you're creative, maybe you'll understand the assimilation to "a pizzeria at Xmas time".
That's right- a sweet medley of pine, citrus, and Italian herbs.
Most Ebay sellers will offer this for $50-60. Ignore them.
It regularly turns up for $20 from more scrupulous Ebayers.

I love this one ! very natural smell as in not synthetic and the sillage and fragrance has staying power - well at least for me .

I wear this during the day and at work - my female boss loves it when i wear this one

The accords in this are amoung the best out there (for a pine scent). It is definately different and one that will be in my collection forever (I bought 25 bottles while in the USA). I can not say that about alot of scents, but this one, to me, is that good.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED -shame its discontinued :(
