Well, what to say? I've paid way more for some frags that I liked a lot less. And I could name names, but why be ugly? Bottom line... I bought the MJ gift set blind at a local discounter. I got a bar of soap, the shave cream, the after shave balm AND the cologne (with a nice bottle) for $12.49! After I got home and read the reviews here, my heart sank a bit. So I winced a little when I took the first squirt... and was pleasantly surprised. This is a decent product, similar to lot of others in many ways. But I think I like it and I’ll say no more. Thumbs up for being cheap AND good! 09 February 2009

Even considering the price, I can't in good conscience give this a thumbs up. Still, there's never a reason to wear an axe when you've got mediocre cologne like this. It's kinda spicey and kinda fresh. There are probably too many notes in there, and they probably aren't the highest quality, but it is interesting. If purchased cheaply enough this could make a good gym bag smell. 04 August 2008

Michael Jordan was my first frag. I ended up with a little sampler of it, can't remember how. I remember liking how it smelled at the time, but as it was running out and I couldn't find it in shops, I decided to move on to other frags. Now that I revisit it, Michael Jordan doesn't really smell all too great. It goes on like kerosene, then for a brief period between maybe 5 to 10 minutes from application, it smells nice but generic. After that it's all downhill, with a weird, sharp scent to it that luckily can't be detected after about an hour. Like has been said, it would probably be alright for early teens. It'll blend in with all the cheap Axe/Lynx stuff. 07 June 2008

Clean and crisp. This fragrance starts out with a citrus note and becomes more complex as it dries down. I get consistent compliments from women when I wear this. Works well for daily wear at the office. 22 March 2007

I would have never purcahed this myself, but my girl got the gift set for me.Surprisingly, I think this is very good.I can smell various notes in it throughout its evolution.I have gotten good compliments wearing this.It lasts well also. This is not one of my top guns, but I cant knock it.A nice addition to my collection. 03 August 2006

A pretty decent sporty fresh scent. It cant compete with some of the more sophisticated fresh scents out there like Creeds MI or Green Irish Tweed..however, longevity is good. I use it for casual sporty events, or when working out at the gym. 01 May 2006
