| Pine Pine Pine. Absolutely revolting, and totally Eighties. This is worse that Obsession and Z14 combined. Its continued popularity is a mystery but I find every elderly man in Pawleys Island drenched in it. Fifty year old real esate agents and preachers come to mind when I smell it. 14 February 2006 |

| The 80s may be back, but some things about the 80s are not back--like anything that actually existed in the 80s. Did you grow up in the 80s? You're not still wearing skin tight Levis, I hope ... so you better not be wearing this, old man. | I have never 'loved' Polo. I have never 'hated' it either. I am mostly just disappointed in the scent. When you put it on the skin it smells absolutely great. However the fresh, green note disappears almost immediately. I much prefer Caswell-Massey's Greenbriar which is quite similar. In fact when I have worn it people have asked if I were wearing Polo. But the green notes seem to last a lot longer. 31 December 2000 |
