I got a sharp-sweet opening with a lot of ginger & cinnamon thrown there. In the next 10-15 minutes it already combines the middle notes where the adding association of apple (zesty-fruity), sage (herbal spicy) and heliotrope produces an effect at least sickly-weird on my skin...
Not a truly oriental, neither a fresh-spicy one, it just seems to react different on other people's skin (aren't they all do that ?).
Unfortunatelly, this doesn't suit me at all, so I'll give it a 7/10 for weirdness (which, btw. sometimes it work for me also !).

Opens with sweet, spicy ginger note, reminds me of YSL homme. Dry down is musky and slightly woody. A pretty generic fragrance.

This is a great spicy, sweet fragrance with hints of apple and musk in the dry down. I really didn't expect to like this based on the description of others but I wanted to try it for myself. And boy, am I glad that I did. This is a great informal, hip, energetic, masculine scent that could work extremely well for all sorts of age groups. I got great projection out of this as well. Longevity was about average.

Probably my favorite winter fragrance. Also works well for chilly fall afternoons and early spring mornings.

This is a sophisticated fragrance. When you first put it on it smells of citus and a flower called heliotrope. Its important that you put it on your skin and not just your shirt as the scent will change on your body. Eventually it develops a slight peppery smell that has a touch of citrus and the heliotrope fades enough that it all blends together very well. It smells great but its not detectable far away. I notice i can still smell it on my shirt the next day. One compliment from a woman who was fairly close.

I like this...it's subtle yet robust...powerful yet not overbearing, and its a generally very pleasant smell. It also last hours and hours, even getting compliments after 9 hours of wearing.
I think it is versatile enough for office wear, as well as more formal situations, which is very useful.

Thats excellent fresh-sweet-high quality scent! I think most Mont Blanc are.
Some sweetness some peppery notes a bit synthetic but smells wonderfull!
