 | There is something disturbingly incongruent and pungent in the mixture of this perfume's notes. Immediately cloying, I had to wash it off the first time I sprayed it on. I can't figure out why I dislike this fragrance so intensely. Loud and dissonant, it is inappropriate for formal occasions. Mont Blanc should stick to writing instruments. 14 January 2009 |

  | I have returned to this fragrance again after purchasing a bottle when it was first launched. I really liked it then and thought it was somewhat unusual with all the spices thrown in along with the sweetness. Not so keen now that I have tried very many others -- it seems a bit simplistic. The musky drydown is very nice though. Would have thumbed up seven years ago, but can't really now. 11 August 2008 |

 | A surprisingly nice fragrance! A very light, sweet and spicy scent that proves to be wearable and comfortable. It reminds me of Boucheron's Jaipur, but this has some slightly green notes during the drydown, which make it fresher and easier to wear, but ultimately less complex and less interesting than Jaipur. Appropriate for daytime use, it is definitely worth at least giving it a try. 31 July 2008 |
