The opening fruity notes of Silver Mountain Water quickly morph into a crisp clean cool scent that has hints of something green in the background. The dry down reminds me of other Creed's that I have tried; SMW is maybe slightly fruitier but not so different from other perfumes from the Creed collection. This has good longevity and projects fairly well. Overall, SMW is a light fragrance that I find enjoyable, perhaps best suited for summer day wear.

first spritz of SMW and i was bowled over by the smell of sweet dry earth, currants, "violets & Tea" and mountain fresh green accords..moving forward the green tea note gets a lil clearer which adds to the overall earthiness of this gem along with musk and a hints of patchouli. blackcurrant and violets add to the overall feel and character of SMW along with lush tea accords on a steady creed base.

SMW has a very earthy smell (Fullers earth??) on me, almost chalk like quality to it. the smell of slightly damp earth on top of a hilly region where there is no swamp, only fresh water. im not sure if it's just me, but this earthy note in SMW reminds me very strongly of "multani Mithi" or Fullers earth. Mithi in Hindi means Earth or Soil. i think people are referring to the very same note as the "ink jet toner note". ]

i wish i possessed the right words to describe this scent, neverthless, a classic for anyone who admires green earthy scents. all the references to Chrome, CK one, unforgivable (oh please) etal is baseless and holds no relevance.

SMW last over 6 hours on me which is enjoyable, good sillage thereafter.

The opening reminds me of Versace man which i really like. A jovial aroma dissolves into white tea accord. Then comes a bit of tobacco; a straight tobacco as in Versace dreamer. This is a very succesfull well designed fragrance. And i think it is completely for men. Certainly it is the best creed for men in my list.

There is a certain sweetness to this that I find most prominent at the top of the fragrance. It reminds me of milk, or cream, mixed with honey. I smell the blackcurrant immediately as well, and it lasts for quite a while (which is excellent). SMW seems to play with these most powerfully throughout its life, along with some heady note which adds a little black to this very white fragrance(with a touch of purple). It dries down very similarly to GIT, but you can distinguish between them and they are both amazing drydowns. SMW is somewhat light for a Creed, but that lightness is most obvious to the wearer, as others can smell this a lot better on me than I can. Lasts through swimming in a public pool. That's impressive. Beautiful fragrance that I'm very glad to have added to my collection. It's hard for me to wear anything else over this.

A very nice summer daytime scent: light and breezy, yet also possessed of some earthy mystery and a distinctive edge.

Silver Mountain Water opens up with a well balanced currant and tea accord, spiked with a touch of the aquatic and a twist of citrus. As the heart exposes itself, the tea and violet contribute an herbal, soil-like undercurrent that enriches a scent that might otherwise be too much of a lightweight.

Another distinctive feature is a metallic, or perhaps "stony" note (robyogi's "inkjet toner?") which for me lifts the whole composition onto a new plane. The element of subtle dissonance this note injects keeps me coming back for another sniff.

The drydown is very rapid on me, and reveals an accord familiar to anyone who's worn Millesime Imperial or Green Irish Tweed. In the case of Silver Moutain Water there is also a persitent echo of the current/tea accord that adds a little zest to the end stage. This is one of those scents that seem to disappear after a couple of hours, only to re-emerge unexpectedly from time to time.

Intriguing, and very well worth trying, regardless of gender.

“…inspired by the exhilarating crispness of mountain air and the purity of cascading alpine streams…” (Creed site). I find this to be a cool, even frosty scent. Citrus and green tea in the opening, lots of green tea. The blackcurrant buds give another green note. For me this scent is all surface, showing glittering sparkles but having no depth. Indeed, I find it tiresome after a while...like breathing air from a freezer. Much nicer cool-frosty scents are Blenheim Bouquet and Fath's Green Water.

"Um. Hi, Silver Mountain Water, thanks for coming. I suppose you're wondering why I asked you here today? Would you like any wine, anything? No? Uh... well, I guess I'll get right down to it. I see what you're trying to do, really. I get it, and I respect it, but, um... really, you're trying too hard. I know you want to be all silvery and all mountain watery, but I'm sorry, I just find you all metallic and sort of vulgar and gross. Maybe you could try to be a little more like your cousin, Millesime Imperial? Oh... now, don't cry, I'm sorry. Really, it's not you, it's me."

Having smelled SMW on a spray sample card at a local fragrance shop last summer, I was mesmerized by the warm (milky?) tea and black currant notes. Truly exhilarating! I filed the smell away for future reference, vowing to acquire this cologne as my first Creed when I felt I could afford to pay the high price. Imagine my joy when I received a 4 oz bottle a few days ago for my birthday! Well .. the joy turned to consternation when I sprayed it on my wrist to test the smell again. At first there was a kind of gasoline-like opening that (thankfully) disappeared after a few seconds and then I did encounter the wonderful scent I had smelled on the card last year. But .. it seemed much weaker than I remember and I felt troubled. The next day I decided to wear SMW and see what happened. Again, the slightly pungent gasoline smell followed quickly by a wonderful yet weak tea and black currant scent. I could smell it on my wrists for about 45 minutes to one hour. I'm assuming the same for what I had sprayed on my neck and upper chest. Very understated but nice for about an hour and then completely gone. Is it possible I got an older bottle? Perhaps not, since I've read elsewhere that SMW actually improves with age and develops much stronger presence and longevity. It is certainly not a fake as it was purchased through Fragrancenet.com and cost about $150. I'm really baffled .. maybe it just IS what it IS. But how does one account for the perceived difference in strength of scent from last year's spray card and now? The inquest continues ...

I give the scent I remember from last summer a thumbs up, but a thumbs down for the bottle I now own. Final verdict - a baffled neutral.

I have tested 5 Creeds so far and after HimaIaya and MI I like this one the best! It's a scent you can wear ANY day at ANY moment! Maybe it's just a bit too feminine, but I like it very much!

8/10 for sure!

There is a reason this fragrance is so successful... It really is that good. Think green teas and fresh green notes with slight berry elements calming to a base of freshness, pleasant green sweetness, combined with patchouli and musk.

I love this scent it's so masculine and clean yet sophisticated. I would wear this on a date or a formal gathering. About the same longevity as GIT, but I have to say I like SMW better.

bought a 1oz. bottle from Saks for my wife for Christmas '07...found myself constantly sneaking sniffs of the uncapped sprayer and trying it on myself (I had found out Creed was marketing this as unisex). Something definitely addictive here! Can't smell it on myself after an hour though...1 oz lasted approx. 90 days...I started looking online to see if I could avoid retail for a 4oz...found it at Perfume Loop for $105! Half off! (has anyone else used them?) First thing I noticed was it had a black sprayer instead of silver....second was Arabic writing on a sticker attached to the bottom of the bottle; Everything else was the same...was it fake?? Of course I thought I detected a diference, and I still smell the empty 1oz. sprayer...but anyway, nothing else has held my attention as this has....definite metallic/ink note in there, giving it it's uniqueness...can't NOT put this on! I've since added the body/hair wash to it! Wish the scent lasted longer.

Not a scent for a humid country like the Philippines. GIT fits better in the hot ,humid and cool nights in my home town. But it does turn heads. It smells more musky on my skin after 3 to 4 hrs. This is when I shift things to high gear and bring out the GIT. This combination when used properly drives me crazy. My confidence flirts with the combination of the SMW dry down and the explosion of GIT's top notes. They should include a WARNING label on Creed scents. Proper mixture of scents justifies the LAW of ATTRACTION. Unfortunately it also attracts the wrong gender.

How have I gone this long without this fragrance??? I got my sample today, and instantly fell in love. I definitely get the berry and tea....and a slightly musky/smoky smell. Is that the ink? I love it!! I think that I'll save it for my wedding day, as I know I want a frag that will always remind me of that day....

The note of currents and green tea are
are so beautiful I wish they would last
forever, but the dry down is identitical to Green Irish Tweed and all too soon.
While I love the base notes to a fault-it is definitely the top notes that make this one of my all time favorite
fragrances to wear. I feel fresh and groomed.
I wear Silver Mountain Water when I know I have a challenging day ahead of me for the lift it unfailing gives me and assurance it will be with me for the long day I will put in.

Because of its powerful and long lasting finish, however, I am sparing with my application , but I work in a confined
space of a pharmacy - one with more
space and airflow might want to be more liberal. It is such a safe fragrance for business. It evolks in me a secure confidence that I find invaluable as I must speak with so many people in one day. Not my romantic
choice, but such a solid buy for really feeling groomed and polished
without any risk of offending during business hours I cherish my bottle
and give it 3.5 stars on a scale of 4.
It lacks individual daring and the sense of the expression of personality one would want in the intimate realm. My fourth Creed and
most used.

GIT is phenomenal and totally unique and my favorite for everyday wear, Taborome is mature and wonderful with the tobacco scent as is Chèvrefeuille with the lemon mint-basil - and all 3 have great drydowns and maintain their place, requiring only a SMALL amount to be effective, but SMW gives me a major headache.

This is currently my favorite scent. I think I've got about 40 open bottles of stuff at the moment but this is the one I almost always go to if I'm going out somewhere nice :-) I get green tea and blackcurrant with a dry down almost the same as MI, very musky. I get more than 7 hours out of this, but I spray myself with about 12 squirts LOL You wont over do this one no matter how many sprays you wear. Thumbs up for this one, big time!

It is quiet an interesting smell. The blackcurrant note is something I havent come across before. I recommend wearing it during the summer. SMW is a very fresh scent. I only found it did not last very long at all. I can recognize it for 2-3 hours than only a subtle hint is left.

Wow. Fantastic stuff. My first true experience with Creed, and now I see why it costs so much. Women seem to love it; it's hard to put too much on. Only problem is it lasts only about 4 hrs on my skin. Other than that; a wardrobe MUST!

I'm at the duty free (Fragrance) section, the setting is the massive Dubai airport, I'm doing my thing before my flight begins to board and am loving it and suddenly i hear a guy just behind me ask: "SILVER MOUNTAIN WATER"? a couple of times, and the poor sales girl couldn't place the name so she asks what is the Brand? and now the man becomes silent. I took that as my cue and with a slight turn of my head i said "CREED". SILENCE!! For emphasis is made the 180 degree turn to face them and said "check CREED". Finally the girl smiled with relief and said "thank you" they were actually just a few feet away from the CREED shelf. To round up the encounter i moved closer to the grateful sales girl and asked for a schpritzzz of SMW & she nearly empties the tester on my wrists mmmm...nice. and i moved on. Hours later on the flight home i kept wondering somebody close by is wearing something really good... then i remembered; the Guy, the girl, the schpritzzz.. my wrists!! SMW by CREED is a sublime fragrance which gives the wearer authority, presence and sophistication there is unbelievable power in the freshness and subtlety of CREED SMW one fragrance that dared to go in this direction is DRAKKAR DYNAMIK but there is no contest here,CREED SMW has simply set the bar too high.

Silver Mountain Water exceeded my expectations. I was skeptical of blackcurrant and tea notes – how wrong I was! This scent is light, but with incredible depth, conveying a mix of fresh air and clear flowing streams. Ambergris and musk add a sensual dimension. Silver Mountain Water has decent projection and duration. An outstanding Creed! Positively exhilarating and highly recommended!

this was simply astonishing when i first had the opportunity to try it. the essence of tea spills through in a most delightful manner and suddenly you are swept away to join the clouds as fresh berry breezes take you to dreamland. this was honey for the soul. chicken soup left far behind. i adored wearing this and would recommend it to anybody. it isn't cloying at allan the scents are all individually marked initialy, blending to a mellow crescendo which lasts hours. magical stuff.

I don't really see SMW as a refined scent. It is youthful and and well constructed, but is certainly not something I'd reach for when I want to make an impression.

Despite that, this tart scent will impress in the right situations. Very easy to wear, and overall very pleasing. I found the longevity to be average.

Hmm, I just ordered a bottle of this online and it is on the way. I regret waiting until now to check out reviews on it, since reading the comparisons to CK1 (I hate that, the slightest detection of it ruins my day and any further exposure results in a headache). I was also disappointed to read the reviews that said it could be considered a uinisex frag. Not a fan of those at all. Then, I checked out Creed's website (www.parfusmscreed.com) and it is indeed a unisex frag. Oh well, I just hope it isn't too feminine or CK1-like. Keep your eyes on Ebay for a bargain, SMW lovers.

Silver Mountain Water is like a fresh breeze in the air...is like you walking in the mountain (with snow). Clean Water is running down the hills. One of the best summer scent i ever smelled (try also Bond No. 9 Hamptons). It´s quite the same smell.
It´s more for the younger people (i think). The next is Virgin Island Water...i can´t wait for this one.

I love this smell and the ladies do too. I think this cologne is for the younger hip crowd and the more mature will tend to stray away from this one. Two sprays will last on me untill I take shower. This cologne is in heavy rotation withing my collection and I will recommend you to buy it if you like clean good smelling colognes.

I just got my bottle of SMW yesterday. This does EXACTLY what I want it to. It's like nothing I've ever had the pleasure of smelling before. I have a problem with longevity, but this lasts 6+ hours on me. All the women who smelled it on me absolutely loved it. If you still aren't sure, get the sample first like I did. Love at first sniff.

Silver Mountain Water has a beautiful sweet / tart vibe going for it. It has light, delicate, and yet full accords and the interplay between the tart currents and violet, the smooth musks and patchouli, and the enticing green tea, forms an intriguing complexity rare in such a light fragrance. It’s not often that I find scents this light and airy or aquatic to be so satisfying and complete. I think this is a true achievement in the perfumer’s art. So very lovely but so very ephemeral. Unfortunately for me, Silver Mountain Water is neither silver nor mountain in longevity on my skin… My skin seems to suck it right in and it is completely gone in forty-five minutes. I want more longevity than that in my fragrances. Apparently many others do not have the longevity problem with this scent. In that case, it is a fragrance I would recommend testing. The person it lasts on is lucky, indeed.

Can I start out by saying, "excuse me. What are you wearing?" That's exactly what I get when I spray on this one! The tea's are absolutely perfect. I agree on the similarities to CK1, but much richer and deeper. The only down side is that it takes about 6 sprays for longevity.
Does the Creed line last longer with continued use?(can anyone answer that for me?)

What a fantastic and gloriously original peice. There are very few in my area who know of Creed, so when I wear one of the many in my collection I am usually the only one who smells this way.

The berries and cream are wonderful in this selection - but the cream is rebuffed by a very pleasant and masculine musky smell so as to keep it from smelling too feminine.

Many compliments from my friends of the fairer sex when I wear this.

If you are a Creed aficianado - this MUST be in your collection. The stuff is not that expensive if you expend a little effort searching on the web.

Over the years, SMW has been the only consistent presence in my collection. My friends associate this scent with my very identity: it is my signature scent.

I personally think this is Creed's most distinctive scent. In contrast to what some others below have shared, I really can't smell the black currant. I definitely smell the tea note, but it serves in a rather complimentary role in the overall composition to the vanillish note and the infamous "ink note" that i always have a hard time articulating to others. While granting that i wear this cologne more often than any other, i would like to mention that it generates a lot of compliments.

Some others have mentioned the poor longevity. Creed intended for this to be a VERY light summer scent, lingering close to the skin rather than projecting lots of sillage (that is why the body wash is available in SMW). I myself like this smell far too much for it to rest light on my skin. My solution is to purchase the scent from (gasp) large online second-hand retailers. Ordinarily I would never recommend this, but I discovered that the older the bottle is, the longer it lasts and the greater the sillage. Compared to a fresh bottle, an older bottle will smell a little more deep in vanilla, tea, ink and ambergris, but otherwise not at all much different. Older bottles of Creed project more and last longer because the notes have had more time to mingle and settle (of course, true of most scents). While this can ruin certain scents, for my taste it amplifies what i love of SMW with little drawback. This way, SMW lasts 3 times as long and projects a hell of a lot more for me, keeping me very satisfied. For SMW, I always buy it at above mentioned bulk retailers, with the specific request that they send me their oldest bottle when possible. This is my tip (from a long satisfied fan) for those who love the smell but wish it lasted longer.

Welcome back! Admittedly the best of fragrances I've come across—of course besides: Daim Blond, Terre d'Hermes, Dzing! and Gucci pour Homme. Sometimes I find it an ultra-sharp refined smell.. musky with a tasteful and rich concoction of citrus and poseidonia notes. At times it' s compared to the other Creed's masterpiece Millésime Impérial—sure they are both citrusy, and a bit sharp, Silver Mountain Water however could easily be worn—if you have enough courage to tolerable the problem of being too much feminity. Bracing with fresh green and black tea and a lot of berries accord—balanced also with very subtle warmth of musk / amber aura. A Jack of all trades scent which is just especially choice of fastidious people and well suited for royal families, artists and many high class people and also, could be dream of common people! Ah.. Silver Mountain Water..since I tried it for the first time, recalls breezy fall days. The name is ummm very WELL—overall my feeling is "WOW" the drydown is sensual and somewhat feminine. It seems to last 7-8 hours or so several spritzes—lasting longer than other Creed's I've tried. Imperial, Classy and quite avant garde—and has a very well composition. Silver Mountain Water has a capability of these mentioned characters.. Girls love it.

Silver Mountain Water is a modern kind of scent that will quite soon be the definition of classic. Since is interested by: David Bowie, Ricky Martin, Jennifer Lopez, Eva Herzigova, Montel Williams, etc...has huge fans and anyone wants to get it.
I agree with it's good ads that how pleasant and delightful it indeed smells. Found it to be a very refreshing fragrance with the Citrus, fresh Green Tea and the predominant notes of the Berries combining to created a surprisingly pleasant fragrance. Like mountains and limpid waterfalls, but sometimes reminds me Hermes's Rocabar-however imo SMW has Creed's level and so unique. It makes one's flesh creep!. It is by far the most elegant, vibrant and upper class scent for a dandy-style and daytime wear in metropolises-and also this one is a charming scent that belongs to any wardrobe :>).
I love it and perhaps is my signature fragrance for future!. Well rounded and well balanced with the great sillage. Definitely fresh and heady which makes it perfect for the rather summer/fall season. This one is very thing I wanted.
A Class Act.

I agree with Pluran's statement that SMW shares some similarities with both Erolfa and Millesime Imperial, but let me interject here and state the equally obvious: namely, that SMW is also a kissing cousin of Calvin Klein's much loved and much maligned CKOne. (Put more succinctly, Silver Mountain Water is CKOne's rich, well dressed cousin from London.)

The notes are better defined, true enough, and the ingredients costlier, but the overall effect is strikingly similar -- clean, crisp, long lasting without being overbearing, and unquestionably unisex.

A definite thumbs up in my book. Not my favorite Creed, no -- Acier Aluminium, Erolfa, Himalaya, Millesime Imperial, and Neroli Sauvage still beat it out in my top five. But it's still one heckuva good fragrance.

This doesn't really work for me. I like the green tea but the blackcurrant just seems to be too heavy and dominant, and a little crass. In between the two notes, there is another inky or musky murky thing which to my mind clutters the composition. If this had been left empty and the cassis toned down a bit it would be a great and subtle scent. Nearly, but not quite.

"Everyone knew when he walked into a room. Perhaps it was the damp, used blackcurrant tea bags he wore under his arms." Maybe this is a generational thing: as an older gentleman, I want to smell sophisticated, interesting, and complex - not like something that should go from the teacup to the garbage. I don't get the SMW excitement ... but then again, I don't get the fuss folks make over GIT, either.

putting this on a scent strip or on yourself is immediate intoxication and kind of minty with sort of eucalyptussy edge to it even

quickly it becomes an echo of itself and quite nice for awhile to smell, lifting your forearm up to do so.

when it's been on a long time, I don't like the scent, and that trace of it stays on a long long long time even after showering.

usually with most anything once it's almost gone on me I really don't mind it and kind of like it, but in this case, sadly, it's like a bad aftertaste for me that lasts a long time.

What might work is to carry a little atomizer and refresh it a lot! I"ll try that cause I already have decant en route.

A terrific berry and tea analogue to Millesime Imperial, super light and fresh but will just enough heft to take in into fall or even winter. Wears off the skin within a couple of hours but when applied to clothing I have know it to last 8-12 hours. Another excellent fragrance by Creed!

SMW...musky, Creed-ambery, currant and tea, with an unusual note that seems to persist throughout. This note I would describe as exhaust fume, or perhaps pen ink, maybe ink jet toner - it's synthetic, it's harsh, and it's odd in a scent named Silver Mountain Water. Don't get me wrong, this note does not diminish my enjoyment of this scent. In fact, it adds to my enjoyment, as it's so unexpected and out of place. Still, Silver Mountain Water? Maybe Polluted Mountain Water is a better name (though I imagine that wouldn't sell as many bottles). It is youthful, energetic, interesting, funky, and a touch avant-garde (as much as a Creed can be). Definitely for jeans, casual wear. I do not have longevity issues (and I happen to think that olfactory habituation is an issue with this one). I do get consistency issues - even within the same bottle. SMW seems to respond to temperature, weather, diet...everything. Sillage is high. I can leave my office, return to it, and smell SMW when I return, even after I thought the scent had faded. A "modern" Creed for sure. I really wish it wasn't sold at K-Mart!!! Creed, get your marketing heads out of their arses please.

Ok, now that I have gotten the bad out of the way, let me say that this fragrance is simply amazing - the fresh black tea and blackcurrant notes really does make it smell like beautiful and fresh mountain water. Very uplifting, refreshing and classy. Suitable for all seasons and occasions.

I like SMW, but with all of Creed's it's a matter of how it fits with your own body chem. Creed is all essence oils and you have to try and see if you and this scent are a good match. It may wear/smell deff. on you that it will on the next person. If I may add, Creed has to be put on in a diff. way than any other product, you spray it directly on your skin where there are hairs, say your fore arm, then you pat down with your hand, this way it will last longer and the oils will release the scent thru the day, keep in mind that the scent will change as the day goes on...Creed has no fixers so it may seem to fade to the one wearing it, but others will be able to enjoy it long after you put it on and reapply it as you want, yes it's a soft scent, but that's the way it should be, you don't want to be "smelt" in the next county. Now having said that, be careful to find one that fits you. I love Green Irish Tweed...but it doesn't like me at all, at the end of the day I smell like sweaty feet and after a year of wearing it a friend was kind enough to tell me when no one else would...the sad part I was a rep for Creed with Neiman Marcus...YEEK!!!
So enjoy, but find a good fit.
The one I like best is Limes, Floris Summer by Creed

A definite summer scent. While unlike Burberry Brit, it strikes me in the same way, in that the wearer must be confident in the ability to wear SMW without raising an eyebrow. Could almost be considered a unisex fragrance.

berries, tea, clean notes, it all fits together very magically. it really does smell like water from a silver mountain :) great lasting power as well. I find this one to be a creed a younger wearer would really appreciate (18-25). I like alot of the creeds personally but this is the only one my friends will also agree on (im 22)

Its a ok Creed, smells a bit like CK1 with also that airy notes in Chrome. The only downside is that theirs a note that smells like pen Ink which can put people off sometimes.

This is one of the beautiful, intoxicating fragrances from Creed that I am privileged to own. The seductive and sparkling green tea and black currants are smooth and enchanting. While the fragrances is tempermental and trial and error may be necessary to find a good batch, it is worth the effort for this magnificent scent. This is one of the 3 Creeds that I continually recieve compliments while wearing. My bottle lasts as long as I want it to. 1 spray will last me up to 12 hours!

I like this scent. The tea and black currant notes are obvious. However, the tea note took on an odd twist for me. I spend alot of time outside in my job, and sweating. So I am reminded of my daily fragrance choices often throughout the day, as the body heat releases the scent. In this case w/ SMW, I enjoyed that reminder, for the most part. Every now and then, quite often in fact, the tea note reminded me of urine. I don't mean to disparage this frag at all. I like it, in fact. If I ignored the similarity, it smelled good. Overall, I feel like it's light, but with alot more depth to it than most light/citrus/ozonic scents. Top notes much more complex than the tea-ish base note w/ a splash of bk currant. Somehow strikes me as a winter day frag - but smells a bit like piss. My 2 cents.

At first I was dissapointed when I first tried it, I thought it lacked longevity but after using for over 2 years I realized I was wrong, its actually has quite a staying power, the middle and basenotes seems to get stronger, its the kind of scent that lingers ,the notes are beautiful, people complain about the staying power? fragrance that are overly strong lacks elegance, creeds has the quality of subtlety, pepole seems notice this on, they lean in close to to get a whiff trying to figure out what you are wearing

The petrol note disturbs me and I find the composition overall to be irritating. Interesting idea, but just doesn't work for me.

This is really a great fragrance.. but why does Creed state that Jennifer Lopez and Ricky Martin wear the stuff? I doubt they do, and IF they do, it's almost enough reason to make me avoid creed. I bought a tester from scentiments.com and have to say this scent is outstanding. It's a shame Creed is such a gimmicky company.. if they need J-Lo to sell their products, it's simply sad. You would never see SMN or L'Artisan stooping so low.

Although Creed's masterpieces are among my all-time favorites, this one I did not like very much. I wore a sample and thought it was ok, at least unique. It starts fresh, with tea and berry notes, which are pleasant, but a little too feminine. A strong aquatic or woodsy underlying note would save it at that point, but instead the lighter notes fade and an overpowering decaying flowers/sweet floral scent clings mercililessly for days....defineitely will not attract women and despite being feminine, I would not want my girlfriend to wear it either. De Charlus's comment, below, was bang on in this instance.

This one is too much of a single note. You can find that note in Himalaya, that has it mixed in a nice bouquet among other notes. This fragrance really reminds me how great Himalaya is.
