Mr Clean and Boring- that description fits this scent to a T. While I like the 'clean laundry' notes, this genre has been taken a hugh step further by Prada in their more refined and interesting Infusion d'Homme. I need more excitement in my life so I have to pass this rather likable and genial scent up.

One of my most loved - bright and crisp, very zesty. Cold drink on a hot night. Staying power on me was good - 5-7 hours.

I ve been using this scent almost for 4 years. With its after shave.
Funny but I haven't got any compliment or a curious comment except two times. But I love this cologne its fresh and full of life. I hardly agree "fresh t-shirt" resemblance. I don't think so. Thus it stays on me for several hours. Actually its a pretty dense & heavy perfume during first hour of usage. I definitely recommend it.

Sparkling and effervescent, this fragrance is the "masculine" version of DKNY woman and arguably less impressive. It has the same fizzy soda pop effect of Donna Karan's 1999 triumph, but seems less finished and is even more fleeting. Whilst this is good, cheap fun, guys would probably be best suited with the DKNY.

I like the cleanness of Tommy T but I don’t care for it’s initial sharpness — it’s thin and empty. The clean note is accomplished through citrus — Clementine and lime. Unfortunately its sharpness makes it smell a bit cheap to me, it doesn’t smell like clean clothes, as I’m told it is supposed to, it has too screechy an ambiance. Also, I don’t get much of a movement in the fragrance — its linear nature makes its progression simply the lessening of the original accord. After about an hour the sharpness is gone and I enjoy ithe fragrance, but, since the scent doesn’t last very long, the period of enjoyment is quite short. I think the idea of this fragrance is an excellent one. It’s too bad Mr. TH didn’t opt for higher quality ingredients in Tommy T.

Synthetic to me as well and I had this bottle passed down to me somehow from somebody and I wore it a lot.
Hated it! lol A love hate thing cause I did not have too many colognes period.
Very peppery! You smell pepper the minute it's sprayed, between that and drinking Absolute pepper it would be a sneezing night out indeed.

A bit synthetic but overall not a bad fragrance. Fresh, clean and not a bad warm weather fragrance. Not something I would go out and buy but if I got it as a gift I would likely use it.

Top notes very very spicy and pepperish. Kinda reminds me of grinding black pepper and putting it on my skin. Then the green notes become notable. A very mellow pleasant freshness is noted. Not offensive. Stay power is horrible 3 hrs max on me then nothing. No wood scents (don't be fooled). I usually rate EDTs w/ low staying power poorly, but this has a clean aromatic fresh smell that is worth having even for a short while. For ths stay to $ ratio, this is an extremely, extremely expensive EDT that should be downgraded to an EDC. But I love it.

I really LOVE this fragrance by TH. I remember as a young boy digging through our utility closet at home, where we stored citronella candles, a canvas umbrella, and that "webbed" patio furniture. For some reason, when I smell T, it takes me back to those days of being around the smells in that utility closet. It's not a bad thing either, because this scent really jogs my memory for that particular time in my youth, a time when I first listened to Alice Cooper's "Billion Dollar Babies" album.

It smells so artificial. Really hate it... will never consider buying it.

There's something really special to this fragrance. Like someone mentioned, it really reminds you of fresh laundry, or the smell of Spring awakening. I have rarely run into a fragrance this fresh and exciting, it's one of a kind. Lasts pretty long and goes with casual wear.

Crisp, clean and uplifting to the olfactory spirits. T is highly original, with plenty of zesty freshness... I don't think I would go along with the reviewer who suggested wearing it for an interview, but for hot weather daytime casual wear, like running errands on a Saturday or Sunday afternoon, it's great stuff. Rumor has it that Hilfiger is working on an updated version of this called Tommy "U" that's based on the ubiquitous "wife-beater" rather than the classic t-shirt. It's said to feature notes reminiscent of perspiration, macaroni and cheese, warm beer, and discount cigarettes. Let's see!

For an inexpensive and most refreshing scent, Tommy T is hard to beat. There is a bright sparkle to the opening, full of citrus and synthetic clean, as if you just walked out of your own laundry dryer. Once the chemical smell dies down a bit, you really get this aroma of clean t-shirts. This heartnote carries the simple scent the rest of the way. It softens a bit later on, but never disappears. Amazing duration as well. I'm wearing it today and 13 hours later, I can still faintly smell it. In winespeak, this is a QPR scent.

In contrast to my general hatred toward this genre I find T to be a great launch. The people at Firmenich have created something quite unique with this. A designer scent that is abstract and very avant garde. It takes the ozonic accords to new extremes creating something that could easily be a part of Comme des Garcon's synthetic series. If you just get over the initial surprise of the uncanny frehness, this truly works great as a YUP-super scent with extreme sillage and longevity.

Quite simply a stunning scent. It's summertime in a bottle. Fresh laundry, lazy days in the garden, mown grass, fresh breezes with the scent of summer flowers in the air and the fizz of a cool lemonade on the table. TH has created a masterpiece that deserves it's place in any man's scent arsenal.

This is probably the safest scent you can wear to an interview, because it smells exactly like a clean ironed white shirt. I was skeptical about the "clean laundry" reviews here until I actually tried it - then bought it on the spot. I don't know how Hilfiger managed to pull it off, but they did. Outstanding!

T is an incredible scent. Clean and crisp, exactly replicating the smell of freshly laundered white clothes, it truly is one of a kind. I find Hilfiger scents to be well made, interesting and unique; hardly cheap, bland or commonplace.

The only fragrance I like by Hilliger. I like the clean, citrus smell it has, though spraying on too much will make you smell like a box of laundry detergent, when worn appropriately, it will woo the ladies!

Bland and uninspired. Typical Hilfiger ineptitude and selling out at its finest. Go spray yourself with tonic water, 99 cents a gallon.
