  |  To me, similar to Armani Eau Pour Homme but in my opinion better blended, smoother and with greater sillage and longevity. Very fresh citrus in a sophisticated way, for the office and daytime. Too lively for evening wear but you may disagree. I smelled a new release by another designer today then this later. I sigh at what high quality (in every aspect) fragrances like this used to be.  | This smells similar to Escada to me. Both are nice sweet, soft fragrances, but to me they smell like an old lady's perfume. Just not my thing, I guess. 28 December 2007 |

| Bought this blind and kind of sorry I did. Not what I was expecting, but nothing ever is. Similar to the original Armani for men, but that one, as much as I like it, seems to be missing something. Versace Homme seems to have a little something extra, something I don't like...as though cats have been peeing in that tall Italian grass. Doesn't have that "X" luxury factor (which I suppose is top of the line ingredients) you expect of a designer fragrance. Smells a bit third tier to me. Like a Designer Imposter. 06 December 2007 |

| Something unbalanced and astringent in the topnotes keeps me from loving this one. It does have its own definite personality, though. An interesting work but not good company for this nose. 22 November 2007 |
