   |  To me, Wellington smells like a clone of Penhaligon's Blenheim Bouquet. Pervasive citrus topnotes dry down to a potent pine, with some rather discordant vetiver in the base. Starts out great on my skin but turns harsh and unrelenting. Definitely try before you buy.28 September 2005 |
