Diesel Green is cheap and nasty. I usually like sweet fragrances but this was way too much.

Nothing masculine about this one.

Sweetly coniferous fir on the top with a heavy emphasis on ginger, mandarin orange, orchid, jasmine and geranium in the mid notes. The base (which is absolutely wonderful) is an interesting blend of incense, amber, and sandalwood with just a hint of musk. Overall sillage is awesome, albeit a bit linear, and longevity is good (6-8 hours). Very well done.

Recommended.

Smells great, but lacks longevity, and the awkward bottle(although cool looking) makes it not the easiest to take with you. Still, it's a shame it's been discontinued.

Overly sweet and green. Smells like a feminine fourgere. It's not bad but totally lacks a punch other than too perfumey smelling.

Appropriately named, but it could also have been named “Sweet.” When the green in Green comes in, it’s sharp – a little ferny, a little medicinal, a little coniferous, and prodigiously sweet. It’s pleasant but not very challenging. Soon it moves to a sticky-sweet green / floral / spice accord with geranium, iris, ginger, and rosemary noticeable. Again, it’s pleasant… especially if you like sweet.. The drydown is woody, powdery, and… you guessed it… sweet. These are not especially refined accords… they are rather thick and blobby, but they are not unpleasant. The fragrance’s longevity is marginal at best… I get about three hours. Diesel Green is not a bad fragrance – most of the accords are nice especially for those who like sweet. . Cute bottle.

Fine cool fragrance. Yes, maybe its target is formed by younger men in his teens and early twenties but I'm sure older men can wear it well. A little sweet and powdery but great anyway; besides is cheap, so if you want to save your money and pay less for a good fragrance this is the one.

What's all the fuss about? It's really just a slightly greener and less expensive version of "Visit" by Azzaro, and that one has gotten fairly good Basenotes reviews. Think that some folks just don't like the trendiness of Diesel, ergo the bad reviews by some.

Greenish and only very slightly floral, though very sweet: Candied even. As others have said, it is a fun fragrance in a fun bottle, good for younger folks or a day at an amusement park or something (playful, like all of Diesel's fashion, really). Not as sweet as Diesel Plus Plus. Also very light and short-lived. I went through the whole bottle quickly. No matter how much I put on I never felt I was too strong for public consumption. Nothing about this offended me, except maybe the sweetness, but it also didn't interest me very much either. I finished the bottle and have no desire to replace it.

The bottle is really cool, looked up the notes and it sounded nice.. But the perfume smells like pure, putrid OAKMOSS -- the cheapest perfume ingrident. HORRIBLE! I wanted to like it and I am glad I didn't buy it. Oh, well. Maybe I am just hypersensitive.

Cool bottle (I think it won an award for best design), funky fragrance, friendly price!
It smells unlike any other EDT I own and in these times of great abundance, this is really a good aspect. I have no problems with the longevity as it lasts almost a whole day on my skin.

I like it alot, although its quite a strange scent. Smells like a combination of pine and candy. It lasts fairly long and the bottle is very DIESEL.

This fragrance is uninspiring, vulgar! A terrible sweet smell! Awful!

I had to get this one because of the bottle. It starts off smelling like that hard candy people put out at christmas, you know-all the different colors and shapes, but they all taste the same. Then it actually has A little depth after the initial reaction.

This one certainly has a very unusual bottle. Great fun to apply! Quite a light scent. Top notes are fresh and minty but as it settles sweeter and slightly woody notes appear. Doesn't last too long and a little indistinct, but good for hot summer days (when we get them!)
