Reviews of Casual for Men ![]() littleprince HungaryShow all reviews | I read the reviews and much people love it. I bought this perfume because of this on the web. And when I got and tried.. I was very-very surprised.. It' s terrible.. The beginning was a nightmare with so many very sour citrus (this part is like a fly-killer spray) and then came the very synthetic flowers (perhaps a big dose of jasmine and very synthetic rose..worse than a 1 $ airfreshener!) And at this point I began to sneeze from this only 1 spritz.. but I've decided to wait for the drydown...which is a semi-sweet-sour something remembering me my grandfathers cheapest cologne from the '70s..so, after these I took this all with its box to throw it into the dumpster. I don't believe that anybody wants to smell like this horrific mosquito-killer kinda "perfume". Absolutely the worst! I don't recommend anyone! 22nd March, 2011. |
![]() shamu1 United StatesShow all reviews | Casual is nothing amazing, but it's still a pretty good dry woody/floral/ citrus scent. It's like a simpler Cerruti 1881 for Men, or a softer Kouros Fraicheur, with a subtle sweaty/stinky note (probably jasmine) underlying everything and making it interesting. Everything is buffed out nicely with soft, powdery rose in the base. 8th February, 2011. (Last Edited: 10th February, 2011.) |
![]() Grottola United StatesShow all reviews | For the price, Casual for Men is a great citrus fragrance. Citrus and some light florals with a hint of animalic dirtiness in the base to set it apart and make it more masculine. Leagues better than the vile toilet cleaner that is PS Design. Also, for a fragrance of this type, it lasts a while and has decent sillage. 1st January, 2011. |
| Hartman Design United StatesShow all reviews | An agreeable, vaguely floral fragrance that stays pretty linear from top to bottom. I can't agree with other reviewers that claim any kind of longevity -- 60 to 90 minutes is about the longest interval I can squeeze out of several sprays. The name is certainly apt, though; good casual scent for the office. So toss the bottle in your briefcase (Bonus: it resembles a small whiskey flask) and give yourself 3-4 booster sprays throughout the day. Thumbs up if only it lasted a bit longer on me... 10th August, 2009. |
![]() dw1243 United StatesShow all reviews | I just bought Casual earlier today-- I was strapped for cash and could only spend $10(by the way I'm thirteen) This was a blind buy because I wasn't able to open the packaging, because it was the cheapest cologne at tg maxx I bought it. This is a great day scent during the colder months and is a great evening fragrance year-round. It starts out fresh and dries down to a great outdoorsy, manly, and flowery smell. This is one of the only Paul Sebastian colognes that I feel isn't just for old people. This is also a nice subtle date scent although I prefer more oriental fragrances when on a date. ps it says its discontinued but I found a whole bunch of it at the store. 25th May, 2009. |
| AnimaSola United StatesShow all reviews | A thoroughly agreeable and pleasant fragrance. It dries down to a rich, clean-smelling bouquet. I have received many compliments wearing this, and it lasts all day. 13rd January, 2009. |
