An unusual néroli because of its lightness and fragile clarity: It is not a pure néroli but a refined, complex bouquet that includes several flowers and a soft but definite green note. The néroli dominates, of course, and is presented more transparently than I have experienced in other neroli fragrances. Since it’s a Annick Goutal fragrance, its lack of longevity is a given, but this one carries that concept to an extreme: very, very short lasting. Néroli is a lovely feminine fragrance. 27 July 2009

I found this to be as described, bitter orange blossom. Very nice, but only lasts a bit longer then Eau d'Hadrien on me. 18 May 2009

Long lasting skinscent. Could very well be from the Penhaligon's line. Reminds me of their same feel and texture of refined British class. Beautifully linear orange blossoms/neroli. A pleasing "pick-me-up" fragrance not to be worn for others but for yourself. 04 January 2009

I'm surprised that others found this to be a short-lived fragrance. Really? I tried 4 AGs on my arms, and found the Neroli to be the longest lasting, by far. But it's a close smell, very strong at close range, not wafting around you. Also surprised it's listed as a unisex scent here. I would think it'd be too sweet for most men. It's not terribly sweet for a women's scent, though. This smells to me almost exactly like some neroli extract oil I had, from Bath and Body Works. But more complex, and long lasting. 95% neroli, but other stuff going on. Doesn't change a whole lot after opening, consistently smells like neroli. It has nothing to do with amber, but it's warm and comfortingin the same way, to me. 27 September 2008

The real scent of bitter orange blossom - Exhilarating, quite intoxicating ; maybe too feminine, I don't know. I believed that 'Zagara' by S.M.Novella would be like this one, in a lighter way, very neroli ; but it's not. This one is one of the best Neroli I have sent. 16 July 2008

I love this scent! I have a special affection for the bitter leaves and the orange blossoms, and both elements are present here. To make it last longer, I spray it on clothing. I find the scent very uplifting and feminine. I believe the bottle I have is from last year; I intend to purchase one from 2007 to compare. Other Goutals I enjoy: Le Jasmin, Mandragore, Eau de Fier 14 July 2007
