On first spray it smells like a slab of just unwrapped baseball card pink bubble gum with that light dusting of that white powder..

Not much of a middle note noted. More of the same. Not unpleasant but notable it isn't.

Drydowns to a generic sweet intensity that holds close to the skin. All in all a fragrance that seems more feminine in nature when compared to other masculine marketed fragrances.

This one is minty and fresh, not a bad scent at all; although a bit feminine.
It seems that the somewhat unfortunate choice of name have placed it an undeserved position of not being taken seriously, although it seems to be clear that the amount of money spent on the quality of ingredients or the bottle itself is nothing to write home about.
Some days, I just want to wear something simple and unpretentious. For these days, French Connection UK Him is quite OK. It's quite cheap too. But I have many that are much better, so the best I can give it is a neutral thumb.

Ok ok
well well
this is what it is
well worth 20$ I would say
A freind of mine wears it sometimes. When I first smelled it on him, I asked him what soap did he use («strangly» reminds me of a soap i used to wash myself with) he then told me it fas FCUK...
I've been trying a lot of things lately. Good, great, twisted, artistic masterpieces, etc.. but I think that i'm in love with the cheap smell indeed of FCUK him's sparkling clean fresh soapy detergent fabric softner smell.
Yes the juice is extremly weak
Yes it is generic... fresh n clean, nothing new
but it just seem to work all pretty well
if you love this stuff, you will have to reapply very often
Meanwhile, it last for a good 5 hours if you use a liberal amount on the inside of your shirt
enjoy

....or not

It was very trendy briely. I paid $88.00 for a 100ml when it came out, then 2 yrs later, it was 19.99 in a pharmacy...but it smells like a detergent, or ladies Secret deodorant

This was the first fragrance that I invested in after joining Basenotes, and after having experienced 100s of new fragrances since then, I wanted to come back and re-evaluate FCUK HIM.

Compared to offerings like Curve, the various Cool Water variations, etc., this one holds fairly well. The opening notes offer a slightly herbal and fresh quality, with very little if any lavendar. They disappear fast; its a no brainer that FCUK contains no essential oils. However the middle notes are the strongest part of this fragrance: a nice mix of tea leaves, herbs and peppercorns which creates a minty-herbal accord which is kind of unique. The longevity is below average and the bottle design looks like a ANIGAV.

Overall, FCUK him gets derided for its name, but its not a bad fragrance. Its not terribly original and wont make you part from your Carons or Serge Lutens, but as a casual scent for daily use, it might suffice.

I cannot get excited about either the name or the fragrance. It's a trendy synthetic for the youngens and as always with these, it does not live up to the prepostorous claims of the scent pyramid. I truly adore lavender, but there is no measurable quantity of quality lavender oil in this perfume. It's more of the cheap laundry softener type. Perhaps this is something like an aqua-ozonified update of Caron pour un homme, whose simple but ingenious lavender-vanilla dualism I find far more compelling, however. The bottle design looks great, but the perfume does tend to leak. All sleek surface, but somewhat shoddy on closer inspection: very contemporary, indeed. I'll quit here before this turns into a reactionary "everything used to be better" rant.
