A nice smelling mild fresh cologne, to me it smells like a mix of echo and the original cool water with the smell leading more towards echo on the dry down, would be nice if the smell lasted a little longer but its easy to top up after a few hours.

Opens up smelling very 'blue' and 'watery' similar to Polo Blue. Not very strong, but then again this type of fragrance isn't supposed to be. I like the opening a lot.

And then comes the dry-down....which smells exactly like sticking your nose in a jar of black pepper. What the hell? Who thought it would be a good idea to make a light and watery aquatic dry-down to black pepper? I want to sneeze just thinking about this fragrance.

This sucks.

There is nothing "deep" about this cologne, it smells cheap and has really poor longevity. The original Cool Water is 10x the cologne of this one.

Nice, simple, fresh, light though doesn't last. Really reminded me of other generic "blue" fragrances but doesn't repulse me. A mix of many other colognes.

It is as good as many have notes, starting off with the right amount of sweetness that is deep and satisfying; a dash of freshness that has a subtle sharpness to it and very good body. In warmer weather it turns into a wonderful nutmeg spice with a blue angle, rminiscent of Azzaro Visit and Kenzo Tokyo to my nose. It fades from there but delivering a cool whiff ever so often. As mentioned, it does NOT resemble the oriinal CW, which to me is just fine. I think this would have doen better with its own label, rather than hiding in the shadows of the first CW. I did not bother with this for so long because of its association with the banal CW.
Thumbs up.

Cool Water Deep is my current casual favorite, it has great longetivity and the cactus sap really stands out as something out of the ordinary, but not flagrantly so. I really don't see the Cool Water + Acqua Di Gio or Polo Blue similarities, there's not the busy chaos of Cool Water, the citrus edge of AdG, or the cucumber note of Polo Blue.

One of my favourite fresh scents, nothing too special, just something for daywear, won't offend, right amount of sweetness and freshness. Doesn't resemble the original Coolwater, and all the better for it. However, has average sillage and longevity.

Really nice. Generally nice and all-round masculine scent.

Fresh, clean, and dynamic. I get a lot of fresh Juniper. I love that.

Word of the wise: be careful with your application; no more than 6 squirts, three on skin, three on shirt.

Nice and simple.

Ah, now here's a proper cologne. Doesn't really smell much like ol' reguler Cool Water. It's both deeper and "sharper", having more of a foundation on the bottom and spices on the top. Not too sweet like so many trendy things out there today. To me it smells like a spicy, manly cactus.

Everyone reacts well to it on me, including myself, and it's just a pleasant and comfortable scent. THe only reason I don't wear it every single day, is that it got me so interested and excited about colognes, that I started buying and trying all kinds of other things, but nothing measures up, and I'll soon be back to this as my staple.

It smells alot better on the skin than in the bottle, and a lovely bottle at that. It also lasts alot longer than the original. And it tastes great too! Ha - kidding of course.

I am at a loss. This 'version' of Cool Water smells nothing akin to it's progenitor beyond the base notes. It might as well be an entirely different scent.

This is a much more boring scent than Cool Water. I continually read that Cool Water is boring. There is nothing boring about Cool Water. There's quite alot going on there, frankly. But this smells like just another fresh/aquatic scent without anything to make it standout or have character. It's certainly pleasant. And by the midlife I actually rather liked it. But I wasn't moved in the least by it anymore than a pleasant smelling bar of bath soap. There is no art to be found here.

There's a slight fruitiness to it in the heart, perhaps the cactus sap(?). This is the most interesting part of it to nose out, but nothing special.

Would be excellent for the easily offended or unitiated. Would be a 'safe' choice for work or casual wear. But it carries no distinction whatsoever.

Well, It reminded me of a mix of L'eau d'Issey, Cool water and Acqua di Giņ... Its citric note is very similar to L'eau d'Issey one!! Maybe that's it: Issey + sweet accord - woody notes.
It's subtle and good smelling. Thumbs up!

I love this scent! It reminds me of the beach and the outdoors in general. Perfect for the summertime. Very fresh and clean. I wear it around campus all the time and get lots of compliments. Only downfall is that it doesn't seem to last long on me.

Not a bad scent... But it reminds me of a mix between "Cool Water" and "Aqua Di Gio", which basically means you don't stand out at all and the scent just blends in with everyone else.

I quite like this fragrance, I was given the orignal Cool Water as a Christmas present when I was a teenager. At the time, I loved it. It always reminded me of that warm smell of porridge oats sweetened with lots of honey on a mid winters day. Weird, I know, but Cool Water Deep seems to be smiliar, but a little stronger.

Modern Coty fragrances rip off the consumer...no longevity, no depth or quality. Buy those scents that sustain and evoke profound memories and hopes. Definately not Coty (anyone reading from Coty wish to improve on the quality coming from your lines?)

It makes no sense to describe the fragrance here... I just want to mention that all the women like it on me and even more - few of them, the more sociable ones, said it induced a desire to "jump" on me :)

I don't get it! I thought Cool Water Deep, was supposed to be warmer and richer than the original. They ought to call this Cool Water Shallow. If you like Cool Water...I guess you'll like this, too. But it's a bit of a rip off. 5-23-04

fresh, spicy, sweet. top notes: mandarin, kiwi, cactus sap. heart notes: clary sage . base notes: hinokiwood, white musk, gaiacwood, labdanum. i prefer this one then original cool water. generaly, it reminds me on ralph lauren polo blue, and could be it`s subtitute for summer.
