Reviews of Fleur Oriental| Splash United StatesShow all reviews | Fleur Oriental is an easy to wear powdery floral oriental perfect for daytime or the office. The opening is pretty but not moving. It’s the dry down that peaks my interest, I can smell the barest bones of L’Air de Rien in here. When I want an oriental (and sometimes I really do) I’ll reach for the TNT, a micro droplet of Chanel Coco parfum. My sample of Fleur Oriental merely stokes my appetite for a full bottle of L’Air de Rien. 29th January, 2011. |

| taliaseki TurkeyShow all reviews | It is as spicy as a spice shop in India. I cannon not believe one would get that effect with single carnation note upon amber but that is what i smell. The middle notes are florals which are oriental in name "Turkish roses and Indian jasmine". (probably little of Damascus roses with a higher amount of mogra; all obscured and orientalised by saffron like spice. When cinnamon is added you begin to think of some apples. Any way, this scent is quite colorless ordinary and spicy i suppose... 9th February, 2010. |
![]() Bartlebooth United KingdomShow all reviews | A delightfully understated, yet charming blend of floral whimsy and oriental edginess. One of the better balanced creations from Miller Harris, it has the potential for unisex categorization. Nothing seems to dominate, and this allows the ingredients to weave a very warm and subtle accord that affords the wearer the opportunity to use this on any occasion. 11th April, 2009. |
| AnnS United StatesShow all reviews | This is definitely in the same ballpark as Shalimar (or even Habit Rouge), but not as sweet or vanillic. I like them for the same reason -- gorgeous softly seductive comfort oriental. FO definitely as a more defined powder accord with small hints of light incense. I think it is very nice, and at times prefer it to Shalimar, which I love as well, but is more sweet. It has medium to strong sillage and good lasting power. It could also be a masculine. 8th March, 2009. |
| ubuandibeme United StatesShow all reviews | Lilybelle's got Fleur Oriental pegged - Amber * Vanilla * Heliotrope - comforting, powdery sweetness. I don't get much spice either, and frankly I'm shocked to read anyone has found this to be strong or even slightly overpowering at all! These notes perform with restraint. From my perception, I would consider this to be an oriental/gourmand - if there is such a thing, and it comes across decidedly feminine. I'm lovin' this one! 23rd January, 2009. |
