This is one of those spicy-oceanic scents that my nose just can’t handle. It is quite dense, fruity and unfortunately very astringent to my nose: It is bit of a spiky nostril stinger. Again it must be some aromachemical or spice accord which my nose totally detests.

Apart from the gorgeous packing, to me this is hopelessly useless flanker.

I bought this blindly and was never even able to wear it out once. When I sprayed it on my skin, I just got an overwhelming blast of stale locker room and BO. It eventually got better, but the sourness never left. I think the grapefruit notes in this one are a bit rotten.. definitely not for me.

A watery grape that is very sour (not bitter) smelling and comes across as chemically imbalanced like a cheap sauvingon blanc that's turned a little. The fragrance has its interesting, fleeting moments but the overall fragrance is too mild to keep my interest.

This one is just OK;fresh and clear but not very longlasting;sillage is perfect!
Did'nt regret this one.

reminds me of l'eau d'Issey with roses and a touch of grapefruit in the opening. I like it.

Well, if you're a fan of Grapefruit, you'll love this one. To me it's pretty simple, Grapefruit and some Ozonic notes that dry down to a soft wood base. The bottle is very well done, too!

I didn't expect much of this one, but if it was not for the dissatisfying lasting power, it would be excellent. A reminder of other aquatic scents like Kenzo pour Homme or Boss Elements Aqua. Fine, refreshing, relaxing fruity touches and, of course, aquatic features, with a partly woody, partly balsamic drydown, maybe even a touch of white lilies, lavender and lychees- apperantly strange for a male scent, yet oddly fitted into this one. If it would last longer, it would score higher among my favorites.

Grapefruit, grapefruit and more grapefruit. I would have liked an inspired version of the original, but this is fleeting, uninspired and just plain boring.

IMO Aqua di Roma is underestimated. A fruity-aquatic fragrance quite different from the many other melony scents, fresh, cool and very long-lasting.

fresh, aquatic, fruty fragrance. top notes: mandarin, rabarbaro, watermalon. heart notes: black papper, nutmeg. base notes; musk, guaiacwood. if you like smell of watermalon, this one could be for you. it reminds me a bit to byblos men 2001.
