I was very disappointed with this scent. It reminded me of the suntan lotion I used as a teenager, about 35 years ago, Coppertone-before PABA became an ingredient. It is pleasant enough but not something one should pay more than a few dollars for. I like a cologne or perfume to have real fragrance notes. This has none exept what you can conjure up with your imagination.

This is another perfume in the series of... not-quite-perfume - that's how it feels. If you fancy wearing a "pleasant smell", this one's for you. There are plenty of stunning, complex perfumes around, but sometimes if we're not feeling very well, or we need to go to a job interview, or somewhere formal, perhaps, there's room for a bit of Amazing Grace. It's a good staple, but not poetry in a bottle either.

Didn't like it at first, LOVED IT afterwards, seems to be the theme w/the Philosophy fragrances and I. Hubby bought the layering set for me this past Christmas after much hinting and prodding from me. So classy and beautiful, this feels like my "grown-up" fragrance. Just PERFECT !!

I was recently introduced to Amazing Grace by a friend and loved it. I like it's soft, clean quality but feel that in order for it to be effective you must wear both the body lotion and the perfume. In fact you may even use the shower gel. I think it's a beautiful sweet floral scent.

Amazing Grace smells like feeling good. It's just a wonderful, clean, bright fragrance that creates a pleasant aura. My husband thinks its sexy!

I have always liked this fragrance but never bought it for its almost old woman qualities. Then one day I put it on and I was like, this is so wearable, I love it!! Very light, fresh and lovely. I, unlike many others don't feel that you have to wear more than one spray, as people say "It is intentially light". Give it a try. :)

Not unlikable but more of a commercial type of frag than a personal one. Light, clean, floral, musk...suited to scenting diapers and detergent. If that sounds like how you'd like to smell, you be hard pressed to do better than Amazing Grace.

Amazing Grace - at first whiff - reminded me of a little girls cologne from the early 1960's...I think it was called "Tinkerbell". It was part of an early childhood vanity set which included nail polish, comb & brush. It was for the 'I want to be just like Mommy' girl. I was one of those tykes! After the first impression passes, this fragrance morphs into a clean, fresh, lightly spiced floral which is suitable for everyday wear. It is youthful, innocent and makes me remember the little girl deep within...

"Amazing Grace fragrance for women is an uniquely feminine blend of soft, floral blossoms accented by a hint of light musk."

I am not sure what to make of this - I couldnt find the official notes listing, but it smells like a decent blend of floral notes with a base of musk. An its very very light, as if its trying to be a graceful polite woman. Its even lighter than the Gendarmes. It smells like Gendarme for men with a floral note. However, unlike the Gendarmes, longevity is lacking, and so is the sillage.

Amazing Grace is a soft musky floral with low projection and longevity - its a nice unobstrusive smell, but it needs a bit of pizzaz and a longevity molecule. As it is, it would be more appropriate as a body lotion or soap.

I STARTED WITH THIS FRAGRANCE BECAUSE OF THE CONDITIONER. IT WORKS FOR ME AND I BOUGHT THE SHAMPOO. I THEN BOUGHT THE SOAP. THEN THE LOTION, THEN THE PERFUME.
I LAYER IT WITH EITHER EUPHORIA OR BABY DOLL. I ALWAYS RECEIVE COMPLIMENTS. I WORE IT THROUGH SEVERAL SEASONS.

Not sure what the big deal is on this one. It has a big following and is supposed to be "graceful? "...I think of strong flowers and old sachets. Got rid of mine....

This is not a very complex scent but I'm pleased to own it and wear it. For me, it is the perfect thing scent to wear when I am looking for something soft, not too intrusive, but fresh.

You cannot go wrong with wearing Amazing Grace. It smells so clean- but not in the way the Dlish Clean fragrances smell. It doesnt smell like lemons or limes. This is totally unique. It is difficult to even say what notes it contains, it is blended so beautifully! It is a light musky, floral scent. The only downfall is you have to use a ton of it. It waers almost like a body spray. And because it is so unique it is hard to find any lotions to complement it. You have to wear it alone, beause any other smells will clash.
