Beautiful citrus-orange opening that dries down into sweet orange life savers. It never goes into the candy zone, and the other herbal and musk notes save it from being too sweet, but I'm still not sold on it. While the opening is promising, I'm just a little disappointed by the dry-down. Nice, but not one of my favorites from the line.

Longevity is short, but sillage is good while it lasts.

Love the orange. If you want to smell like one, this one is for you. The notes of the drydown keep you from smelling completely like orange through the life of the fragrance, but it remains to the end.

My second favourite from the Blu Mediterraneo line. A sweet and fresh orange scent that compliments the original Acqua di Parma.

The opening was an astonishing grenade attack of fresh oranges, and instantly suggested that this might be bottle worthy, and a staple in any summer wardrobe. Sadly, the achilles heel of most AdP fragrances was even more in evidence here, and this wonderful opening fanfare was curtailed all too quickly. Within
an hour the enitire construction collapsed into insipidity. I doubt that I have encountered a fragrance that descended from hero to zero with such alacrity.

Reminiscent of Mat Orange, AdC is a sweet orange frag that goes on orange and stays that way. Yes, longevity is poor, which is why I prefer to layer with other citrus/fresh scents. Because of it's sweetness, it's more of an orange drink or candy rather than actual oranges (Little Italy). Overall, a quality scent, just very much one-dimensional.

Blu Mediterraneo Arancia is definitely an orange fragrance. When I first sprayed it, I thought that it’s a for-sure purchase: It smelled clean and clear citrus orangey… for the first seven or so minutes. Then it became orange Life Savers with an alleged case of B.O. The “Live Saver” effect was caused, I think, by the loss of citrus and the entry of a strong bergamot. The B.O. meant there’s cardamom in there. I usually like cardamom in fragrance and normally I don’t get the B.O. connection with it, but I do get that connection here. The cardamom isn’t strong and it does add a bit of masculinity to the fragrance, which is needed because the fragrance seemed to be heading for the far feminine side of unisex. The fragrance seems to get sweeter as it enters into the base, and I don’t care for that. It also picks up some more green, which is good, I think. In all, I find the fragrance nice but not very unique except that it is curiously warm for a citrus fragrance; I like it more than I dislike it, but its lack of longevity causes me to not even consider it for purchase.

Gorgeous, fresh, zesty and invigorating orange scent that would be a great "pick me up". sadly it is all too fleeting, reinforcing it's suitability as an apply when required kind of deal. It disappeared off my GFs arm all too soon (we were tempted to go back to the store for a top up)

Oranges, a taste ( or more accurately, a smell) of orange peel and some mandarin. I think this fragrance is all about Sicilian oranges- their olfactory intesity stronger than the one of regular oranges, the intensely red pulp and juice, their zesty, pungent and marginally powdery flavour. However, as it happens with many scents with edible notes, i would much more appreciate the Sicilian orange note in food and drinks rather than in a fragrance. This note is still very natural and quite raw, being at the same time the strenght and weakness of this scent: quite raw, even primitive, tough natural orange and mandarin notes are found even in aromatherapy oils or scented candles without being more artificial or less intense than in this costly perfume, there, the unilateral, simple character of this note is not an impediment as it is merely designed to relax and smell decent. However, this very same orange note is also a strenght: it leaves no dioubt about the use of good quality ingredients and natural essences. The fans of truly elaborate, conservative and smooth citrus will be much better served by the original Colonia from 1916. The fans of orange will find a probably equally natural orange note in Eau d'Orange Verte and even the mass-market Jaguar for man, the latter adding to the pungent orange note even an aromatic background of sweet and
spiced woods and moss.

Hey, it smells just like orange peels. Goes on and stays on sweet. When you spray it smells just like opening up a tangerine. Not the most interesting or complex thing in the world, but hey - orange peels smell nice!

Top notes: Sicilian orange and mandarin, bergamot, grapefruit, and lemon.

Heart notes: petit grain, mate leaves, and cardamom.
Base notes: musk and caramel.

Oh, this is great! I love the orange smell. It's the brightest orange scent on the market right now. I have tried Orange Magnifica (Guerlain), Mandarin Tout Simplement (L'Artisan), Sanguine (Keiko Mecheri), and several other more bland citruses. This is the most true to an orange that I've found. The L'Artisan is equally good, but not nearly as long-lasting. My only displeasure about Arancia is the bottle. It doesn't look nice on a dresser.

This is a monothematic bitter orange summer scent which reminds me a lot of "Sun Men by Jil Sander".

It doesn't change much on me, is a bit sweet and ends with some orange amber. Apart from the citrus-theme I don't get most of the listed ingredients especially not the basenotes.
Despite the natural ingredients it brings effervescent powder to mind and leaves me indifferent (as do all Blu Mediterraneo frags since Foglie di Basilico and Quercia Marina are discontinued)
