This frangrance is in the same vein of Roccobarocco Extraordinary or Lolita Lempicka Au Masculine, One Million and others of the genre in my opinion, just  less dusty-talky and with more citrusy water and alcohol in the composition. There is that sort of aromatic and dissonant wet-warm (and dry) blend of grassy and citrusy-watery elements with spices and balsams that places in common many modern dusty-milky fragrances that i don't rave for (splashing citrus and fruits in the top, a strongly ambery-vanillic base and in the middle sweet spices, flowers and aromatic greens and resins, that's the story).  It's the deeply floral heart after a grassy  , gummy and spicy starting (coriander, galbanum) that reminds Eternity but the dry down of balsams and tonka is creamy while Eternity keeps on turning out grassy and woody-floral. For me this is like a more balanced mix of One Million and John Richmond JR. Boring

Patchouli, I smell patchouli at first. Green and herbal notes quickly decides to become Eternity for Men with more spice.

It’s called spicy, but it opens green and herbal. It’s a pleasant and lively opening accord that has good longevity. It’s actually quite a dignified accord. I don’t get a strong sweet note in the top or the heart, so I do begin to wonder why it’s called “Spicy Oriental” when it’s not very spicy and lacks the sweetness of most Orientals. The basenotes – amber, vanilla, and tonka bean – are sweet, but not nearly as sweet as they sound. Spicy Oriental is a pleasant, sophisticated fragrance that has discreet sillage and not very good longevity. It’s a little too reserved and stuffy for my tastes, and its discretion may be appropriate but then why give it a name like “Spicy Oriental”?

Not bad, but smells surprisingly similar to Bulgari Black. It is perhaps a bit drier and rougher. I would only wear this frag in the evening. I purchased a set with shower gel and shaving balm, both of which are too strong for me to use. A well made scent, but I recommend caution.
