A "synthetic" smelling "fresh" type of fragrance. Citrus, mild woods, perhaps a touch of spice, etc., but if you smell it up close it smells like you need to call the hazmat guys in the white suits. Even from a distance it doesn't smell like anything I would want to deal with for more than a few seconds. Since I dislike these kinds of fragrances, I don't know how objective I can be, so I'll just give it a neutral. For all I know, this is the best of a bad lot !

It's not as bad as Ferrari Black, but it's not much better either. It has a metallic smell which is vomit inducing. If you can get past the opening blast it does have a softer side. The problem is the softer side smells like a bad version of something in the Calvin Klein line. Which brings me to the point of buying something named Eternity instead.

Decent, generic opening with a little bit of a tropical vibe, into a boring uninspired middle and base, that smells like a horrible chemical mess.

Forgot all about this one. I can usually tell what the frags in my collection smell like just by looking at the bottle. But this I just couldn't remember. So I went for a test drive.

Lavender, citrus in the opening. This smells very 90s, FOETIDUS is right on with his review. I get Nautica Longitude Latitude and Calvin Klein Eternity. It also has that metallic tinge that some are declaring automotive. It is very generic, which makes it suitable for non-descript office and daily wear. It is not bad, but it is not wow. I would reserve it for not so hot weather, but certainly not for cold weather.

Overall, I rate it average. I don't expect much from a car compnay, even if they create some of the most desirable cars ever.

The Ferrari folks have added some confusion to this product, and this has affected its reviews here, no doubt. Ferrari Passion comes in 2 different varieties, both using the same red plastic bottle. There is Ferrari Passion "regular" and Ferrari Passion Unlimited. I now own both, and did not know there were 2 different varieties until I bought a spare bottle of "Ferrari Passion" that smelled different than the one I owned already. The unlimited variety has the ingredient pyramid printed on the bottle side, and the word "unlimited" inked on the bottom of the bottle (with other codes). The "regular" version does not have these markings.

That said, the "unlimited" version is fabulous. I have received compliments from my wife and others when I have worn this one. It lasts a long time, but wears fairly close to the skin. It is not like anything else I own, so it is difficult to describe by way of a comparison with another fragrance -- but I will definitely pick this when it comes time to selecting a nice scent for the day. I am still evaluating the "regular" version I bought recently, but it is stronger, non-linear, and to my nose reminiscent of Ungaro III (which I also own). I don't like this one anywhere near as much as "Unlimited", but it is not a total loss.

I will give a BIG thumbs up for the Unlimited version -- but only a so-so for the "regular" version. Buyer beware what you are getting if you order online...and I invite previous reviewers who may see my review to update their statements with whether their review is for "regular" or for "unlimited".

Very Strong, Very Intense, Very passionate if you will. If the Ferarri Black smells like the inside of a new Ferrari, then this stuff smells like a Ferarri race car after a hot lap. It projects heavily and lasts all day. It gets some compliments but also some comments of being too strong. When first put on it does smell almost burning and requires some dry down, closest thing i can compare it to is Lacost Essentials.
