Coy, light, spicy, like old potpourri. Given its smooth simplicity, Khaki would have been more a more appropriate name. Women will smell this and suspect that you have accidentally purchased a women's fragrance. 27 May 2009

This has a sort of creamy cinnamon scent that I really like. It's got a very smooth spiced, woody and light citrus thing going on. So far it's been great on chilly, rainy days. But it's light enough that it should work in any weather. 17 February 2009

Overall, I'm giving Corduroy a (+). Everything about this is great except the post-opening weak projection. After the deliciously rich gourmand opening, it dries down to something considerably subdued resembling Bulgari PH, which is disappointing when you consider how rich the opening is. I wish the cinnamon note could stay in tact longer than a few minutes because it is amazing but again, only lasts minutes. Several reviews have linked this to Bulgari Black but on my skin, it's more similar to Bulgari PH. It is sweeter than Bulgari Black. Had the drydown been richer like the top notes, this would probably be one of my favorite scents. 15 February 2009

A rather nondescript entrance is quickly followed by a very charming hollow accord, which sits rather precariously on my rather dessicated skin. The muted timber quality of the drydown is exceedingly pleasant, and this phase becomes very dry indeed. It lacks the urgent freshness that the opening had promised, so this would be ideal for cooler autumn days. It is very contained, has minimal sillage, but is robust enough to keep one's interest. A compelling journey through all it's stages, and a cheap ticket to boot. 13 February 2009

I like it. However, it is basically Bulgari Black, but less expensive. 10 January 2009
