Boooooooooooooring. I can't detect what's good....or bad about this fragrance. It comes in a boring bottle, with boring graphics on the front, AND boring juice in the bottle. Aimed at middle schoolers I suppose, because if you're over the age of 14 and wearing this, that's a laugh! All I can detect from wearing this is sweet woods and then it disappearing in an instant. Another regretted bargain bin purchase. I use this to refresh my clothes...

Mind numbingly dull. Pale woods with a remixed Curve base. The violet leaf and vetiver base of Curve is what made the original good. Violet and herbs with not very good floral-like sandalwood doesn't make Soul very nice.

A bland, inoffensive offering from the "crank 'em out, churn 'em" house of Claiborne.

Fruity opening with green heart and woody dry-down. Good for the "under 20 years and 20 bucks" crowd that (for some odd reason) wants most of its members to smell exactly like everyone else in that age bracket and budget.

A yonger couple is on a date to the movies. The male simple rushes ahead of his date, even maybe pulling her in his direction, hurrying her along. The man hardly cares for the girl he is on a date with, and you can tell it. He is anxious, looking around everywhere but at her and basically being a horrible date. Of course, she is not really having a good time either, she is just going to this movie at this point to get it out of the way. Something between them just did not click. I even pick up maybe before the movies, they had been getting along and maybe made out? and that was pretty much the end. Their little session ended up awful and now the date must be finished to be cordial, with a painful lack of conversation and eye contact. Not a pleasant date... if I did not get that across haha.

nothing too remarkable here... nothing really offensive, and average sillage... i actually wear this one to the gym because it's mild and works with my own sweat to keep me from smelling like a caveman... worth a shot but don't expect to turn heads

Wow, this smells very nice. I get a close resemblance to the original curve, minus the headache. Everything I like about curve minus all of the crap that I don't like about it.... thumbs up!!!

I agree with others that opening is reminiscent of Mugler Cologne, but it is weaker. Beyond that, an unremarkable clean scent that doesn't leave a lasting impression, but hardly offensive.

This is actually a very nice scent, I was surprised because of the other curve disasters. Soul is a very nice fragrance for casual wear nothing special but not bad at all longevity is average 6 to 8 hrs and for the price you can't go wrong a thumbs up.

Not bad, really. It does open up a bit like Mugler cologne then it transitions to a bit of Cool Water...maybe a little Green Irish Tweed in there somewhere...then it settles into a slight vanilla comfort scent...harking back o the Mugler again. Certainly complex, especially for a Claiborne 'Curve' derivative.
Worth a purchase? Yes, considering it is now inexpensive. If you curious ab out the Claiborne line, this is the only one I would recommend other than the original.

Top notes like Mugler, Bottom like Pleasures by Lauder.

Not impressive. Annoying to be frank.

Definitely the best to build off the Curve base, essentially.

It's actually fairly interesting if not, as one put it, "earth shattering". The longevity and sillage are average, at best. The leathery/spicy notes (though I don't see any leather) bring to mind what was done with Romance in it's conversion to counterpart Silver. They're definitely on level playing ground with one another.

I'd probably never buy it, but it would be a decent choice for casual wear.

Oh boy... another Curve. What's new about this one? Not much, other than a disproportionate increase in price to the added depth, complexity, and lasting power of the original Curve. I wasn't a fan of the original, so it's so surprise I'm not a fan of this one either. It is, however, better than the original, though not by much. It's a bit more refined with a more solid base, but unless you are a huge Curve fan, you're not missing anything.

Not a vile scent, but I'm giving it a thumbs down because it's so expensive for an unoriginal scent. Seriously, how many renditions of Curve is Claiborne going to come out with? If I had to choose, I would stick with the original one and leave all the 'remixes' alone. This one is basically the same Curve with some added pine needle notes.

This one is good, not great. They said it was going to be different and it definitely comes with the big price tag. However, smells much like the original and all the others that bear the same name.

When I tried "Soul by Curve" today, I knew it was a Liz Claiborne scent... but it reminded me of something else... and then, I realized what: the drydown smells like Bora Bora, which I already have, so I saved my money.

Just purchased this today at the local Macy's. I have to say that I am fairly impressed. Nothing earth shattering, but overall a pleasurable experience. Let me also add that I am not crazy about the Curve line (or any of Claiborne's "youth" lines like Lucky, Candie's etc) and thankfully this one's name is not Crush Soul. I can simply tell people that ask that it is Soul by Claiborne or something. Anyway, this scent is sort of warm and exotic. Smells to me like a really fine tanning lotion, sort of like you just got back from a beach...but it is in no way a "blue" scent. A female friend of mine said that it smelled "like an expensive men's soap." (She liked it by the way.) The longevity of this scent seems to be pretty decent so far. I have had it on my wrists for several hours and it is holding up fine.

This is VERY good. It's like a deeper, more complex, & more sophisticated version of the original Curve. There is more of a change between initial spray and drydown, as well. It even lasts a bit longer on me than the original Curve does. However, because of the better quality, the price is just about twice as much (if you're paying retail) than the original.
