If vanilla was a food group, you can drink this stuff and get 10,000% of your daily amount. Disgustingly sweet and nothing else. Absolutely not a daily wear. Perhaps out in public you can offend someone with it.

Unisex?! Yeah, right! This is too feminine and far too sweet, even for my tastes. As much as I love vanilla fragrances, I don’t want to smell like bubblegum in the process.

Awful! Like Joop!, this one is a candy store in a bottle. I like sweet fragrances, but I don't want to smell like bonbons. The magnetic scent, not a very good idea either, it makes it very artificial.

The opening is quite nice, if you like Lolita, to quote ones review, you'll like this one. True, but only for 20 minutes. After that it gets this sickening balm like odour which I had to wash off ASAP. Funny thing though, after that it became nice again. It's not Lolita.

I detested it. The fella and I were sort of cornered one afternoon by a shop assistant that he knew slightly who was promoting this so I didn't feel I could say no to a spray. I wish I'd just said no. Slightly less unpleasant on a man, it smelled like the bottom of a biscuit tin. Very warm, slightly uncooked biscuit dough. Something stale too. Impossibly dry, it is definitely a Gourmand style fragrance and made me not like the smell of my own skin until it wore off. i don't really sign up to the idea of a smell that can work on anyone, male or female. There was nothing for a female in this. Hang your head in shame, Jean Paul. Most sequels never work and this is a testament and a half to that.

Smells like burnt cookies to me! Way too much vanilla and very sickly.

I did not like this scent at all. It was too sweet, too vanilla-y. I also don't like the grape bubblegum aspect of it. On my skin there is a powdery dry down which made it seem too heavy. I was surprised that this is characterized as unisex. I can't imagine was this would smell like on a guy.

First of all, I should probably post this review in the women's discussion board. As a spokesman for all Metrosexual males everywhere, this juice isn't for us. Not even close. It's a ladies perfume at best and ice cream topping at worst. As a fan of really sweet concoctions such as Joop! Homme, Opium and even JPG #1; JPG #2 raises the "candy bar" even higher. This stuff will actually put pounds on you.

The drama starts off with a rather annoying & cloying bubblegum vapor. And when I say bubblegum, I'm talking Bubblicious. Grape to be exact. I haven't smelled this stuff since middle school. I believe that's the Amber talking. This bubblegum note lasts a rather long time as it's a EdP. And it's very feminine. I had to look under my shirt to make sure I didn't have breasts!

Once the bubblegum gets swallowed up by your skin, the vanilla takes over. Now I love the vanilla in JPG #1, but here is rather boring and staid. Smells exactly like the vanilla candles I picked up at Target for $5. I detect Tonka here too, but again it doesn't do much for me. I read there's some Musk in here, but I can't detect any. Musk would've added some dimension and depth to this juice, but it's pretty much two "annoying & cloying" notes: bubblegum and candles. I don't chew bubblegum anymore and I've got plenty of candles. Next!

Oh God, why? Where I'm from, there's a certain demographic that frequent hideous clubs with sleazy DJs who still use strobe lights, sirens and whistles as part of their routine, and play the kind of music you'd expect to hear at a 90s discount hair salon chain, and the preferred drink is pre-mixed bourbon and cola. And they all like to drown themselves in either Le Mâle or Joop! Homme. Well, with this you get the best (worst) of both worlds. I can't think of much worse to be honest, but in fairness, maybe it's just a rite of passage some of us have to go through...

I saw it in Paris at his boutique in GeorgeV. I smelled ita but I did not get into it. The packaging is clever though.

Rather awful and unimaginative stuff with a heady/fake lily of the valley midnote, as attractive as enamel varnish.

There's something harsh to it that my chemistry reacts with in a not-so-nice way. Probably the amber. it smelled too much like men's cologne. WAYYY too masculine for me.

I really tried to like this, but it's so overly sweet. I don't think it's masculine, though my neighbour in the cinema was wearing it, unfortunately.

awful. I had a dely at an airport and tried this in teh duty free. The very definition of "cloying"... once i boarded the plane, i actually apologized to the couple sitting next to me.

In my opinion Gaultier2 is way too feminine to be worn by men. The one-dimensional fruity note gets on my nerves very quickly.
This stuff definitely doesn't reach the heights of Le Male.

It seems to me, Gaultier has mixed all his fragrances published up to now and added a dash of "Black" by Bulgari. Sweet like chewing gum, too sweet and too meddlesomely. Causes headache. For me it's the flop of the year!

Run out of ideas??? I think so. This is somewhat similar to the awful classique and can hardly be called unisex. There is something quite jarring about this fragrance, it simply does not work at all. Kirkdjian is starting to look like a one trick pony.
