Ambra / Amber

Antica Farmacista’s Ambra is different from most ambers I’ve tried. I think there is almost as much floral as amber. And the amber note in the fragrance is… well, it’s not really weaker or washed out, it's translucent and displays much less presence than most ambers I’m familiar with. Ambra is, I think, more feminine than masculine simply by the presence of the florals and its lightness and subtlety. It can easily be worn in warmer weather and I wouldn't say that about many ambers. Although this is not a fragrance I would be interested in, it is a nicely made and competently performing fragrance that could very well just be what someone is looking for.
