Reviews of Fleurs d'Oranger| debbborra United StatesShow all reviews | It can be really nice when a perfume challenges you in some way. This one does not. I have to be honest. I really like that about Cote Bastide's Fleurs d'Oranger. Orange blossom always starts out light and bubbly, but many perfumers choose to let it develop a hint of something darker. There's nothing dark here. It's light and bubbly. This fragrance has a real effervescence. It's not a Veuve Clicquot, instead it is a very charming asti. 28th February, 2009. |
| foetidus United StatesShow all reviews | It’s labeled as an EDT but it is more like a splash EDC. It’s an almost straight orange blossom: clean, green, and a little soapy. I am having a difficult time deciding whether it’s a light scent or a heady one – at various times it seems one way or the other. It is quite lively and has a very clear presentation. It is probably a little too green for my tastes, but I am still content to give it a thumb’s up, because of its refinement and very pleasant wearability. Côté Bastide’s Fleurs d'Oranger is a charmingly feminine and refined scent that lasts a little longer than most splashes – maybe it IS an EDT. 10th March, 2008. |
