A zippy, zesty sweet lemon freshness that's perfect to throw on first thing in the morning to wake you up and get your day started. The wood and spices give it a bit of bite, keeping the fruity freshness from becoming too feminine. It's a light, young, carefree scent perfect for a warm spring or summer day.

The siliage is decent without being overpowering, so it's fine to wear around the office. Best of all, unlike most fragrances, I actually get great longevity out of this. After putting it on in the morning I can still smell it well into the afternoon.

Are there better, more original, fresh scents out there? Probably. But that's mostly just a matter of opinion. And since mine is the one that counts here - Thumbs Up!

This is the only fragrance that I have come across that incorporates a prominent starfruit note. I love the smell of starfruit, and I love the way this fragrance smells. It has nothing to do with the original Versace Man, which is a very dark tobacco scent.

This is light and airy, sweet and slightly "perfumey." Sillage is decent and longevity average. It's not very unique compared to other fresh citrusy scents, however the starfruit note is just fantastic.

I highly recommend this fragrance!

I recently bought this fragrance from a perfume shop, and I love the way this smells. Althogh I do have to agree with Pepgp, because it actually does smell like D&G Light blue feminine, and you know what even though it's a little bit in that direction. It gets a little bit more subtle and I love it.

I am editing my previous review but I still give this a thumbs up. Although I'm still brushing up on my aquatics, this one seems to stand out as being a tad more complex and developmental over its lifespan - unlike many other aquatics that seem more linear to my nose. I liked it enough to buy a bottle. I'm very curious to discover the similarities mentioned with D&G light blue femme.

Really nice fragance for a warm summer. To me its a mix of Gabbana light blue femme and Issey Miyake homme.
The lasting power is also good on my skin (5-6hours)

I have a confession to make. I like women’s perfume. Well, just one. Dolce & Gabanna Light Blue Pour Femme. Of course, they also make a Pour Homme version, but it’s a bunch of crap. The women’s version is definitely unisex, damn whatever their marketing department says.

I was considering buying it. That is, buy a women’s perfume for myself. Thanks to Versace Man Eau Fraiche I won’t have to because it’s the same stuff in a different bottle.

Why am I finding myself commenting on blatant rips as of late? That aside, the stuff really is good as a fresh scent, which I’m normally bored to tears over. It’s clean, slightly fruity with melon, citrus, and berry notes throughout, set on a base of amber and musk. I’d almost say there’s some light woods in there, but if there are it’s not a main part of the composition. That said, those top notes are present throughout, even when you’d rather they go away.

Sillage is good, longevity is fair to good, I get about the standard 6 hours and then it’s faded to something pretty much unrecognizable. Still, if fresh scents are your thing and you want one that’s…*cough* unique, check this one out.

This frag. was my first buy this year, and also, the frag. that started my love affair with cologne/perfume. It's definately a sweet fresh fragrance. Like candy citrus to my nose. The top notes fade quickly on me but the amber try down sure does last quite awhile on my skin. Mmmmm, amber.

This Versace Man Eau Fraîche is the Man. It's nice and fresh and then fade out but does not loses its touch. Stays fresh. Thats why I like this one. I would recommend it to a friend definitely.

One of my most powerful perfumes along with Joop! Homme, Paco's Black XS and JPG Le Male!
It is strong, but not offensive like Joop! Homme (although I love it).
Very delicious and light. Perfect for hot days. The carambola, a very traditional fruit from Brazil, is perfect and can be smelt during all notes, in my opinion.
Great sillage!

"Horses for Courses": This is an ideal scent for the warmer months or for the office. Clean and crisp, remains nice and fresh - but close to the skin during the dry-down.

This is probably one of the most powerful fresh fragrances I've ever smelled. VERY HIGH sillage. People will smell this, so don't use too much. I like it a lot. It is very masculine and spicy/sharp (in a good way) and has a nice deep musky base with good complexity from top to bottom. Definitely a summer/spring fragrance w/ good kick to it.

Awesome fragrance that is the direct counterpart for Dolce & Gabbana light Blue for women! nothing but compliments with this one. I can see why people would say it smells like Issey Miyake, but it is different enough to purchase if you own a bottle of Issey. I bought this one blind and based on the reviews on this website and the fact that I was soooo DISAPPOINTED with the new D&G Light Blue for men. Buy it; You'll love it!

This is unlike ANYTHING thats ever been out! The bottle is magnificent, and the juice even more so! Eau Fraiche IS what its called! I love the lemon in it, and i get alot of musk in the dry down. The sillage is AMAZING! and the life is also! On me it lasts close to 10 hours..which is a great thing since most of todays fragrances evaporate quicker than app. time.
Thumbs LOVE it.. so does my dresser!

ok, first of all, anyone who should ever say that this one is similar to l'eau d'issey must be utterly demented. i ask of you would you also think that le male by j-p gaultier is similar to a*men? i probably would...or that bulgari's aqua is similar to acqua di gio? =)) anyway..if this frag should ever be compare to some other one, it should most definitely be rabanne's black xs..i mean you should be smell-impaired not to note the similarity. a very nice fragrance, both of them actually..
very light, optimistic...quite zen fragrance...just like issey miyake (sic!) i'd not recommend this without testing it on the skin first, though...
don't let yourself be fooled by the citrusy opening...this so-called "fresh" fragrance becomes quite ambery towards it's base. this was called "eau fraiche" because it's a much lighter version of versace man. it's not something for you all pathetic acqua di gio freaks out there, although versace IS your next-in-line, isn't it? lol

really nice fragance in the vein of light blue for her, without problems this could be the male version , so , for those Ligth blue D & G lovers, this is an option..

Fresh. Lemony. Think Issey Miyake L'eau d'iseey but more lemon and sharper freshness at that. Tested this one twice, I would buy, but L'eau d'issey is too similar, nobody but I or good noses who know about fragrance would be able to distinguish, to be honest.

Lasts long. Sillage is good. Nice safe scent. I like it. Perfect summer cologne.

lightweight, which is not bad if you're after that. I think the younger consumer will find it attractive but certainly not a fragrance for those searching for perfume nervana.

This is an absolutely amazing fragrance, and I have never been told otherwise while wearing it! It is wonderfully fresh, masculine, and extremely sexy. It is nothing like Raid, and nothing like Issey Miyake. If anything I would have to say it reminds me of a men’s version of Light Blue by Dolce. It is a perfect fragrance for summer, and wears wonderfully from day to night!

I don't understand the negative reviews for this. This is a well done frag. I am a fan of dry, woody or smoky scents, this is a dry fresh scent. i don't know what the regular versace man smells like, but this si good stuff. smells NOTHING like Drakkar like someone mentioned, neither does it smell like Raid or Lanvin L'homme. It's more like a cleaned up version of CK One electric. Very clean, very fresh plucked leaves that transitions into the synthetic aluminum thingy evryone else is talking about, but it is still nice. highly reccomended.

Hmmmm, this is the first time I tried any fragrances at Nordstrom(I'm a Macys person).

The cool looking bottle caught my attention then I smelt it and it smelt amazing!! I liked it so much I didn't bother trying anything else! I tried some on my skin and took a sample home!!

It smells much like the womens fragrance "I Love Love" but it's more masculine. A very fresh citrus summer scent but I'll be wearing this all year long. Very good one:)
