This is the best juice I have ever used--bar none. When I was 14, my Dad brought me back a bottle of the Eau de Cologne from Europe. It was available for a while at S.S. Pierce in the Northeast, and in specialty perfume shops. No matter what form I wear, someone always says-"What are you wearing? - It smells fabulous" .
I think it has notes of jonquil and maybe some sandalwood, but this manages to be woody and elegant, without being heavy. It is just interesting and seductive, day or night. I am 56 and have tried lots of other fragrances, but always come back to this, my signature scent. I wish I knew what the other notes are...I know it was created in 1947 and that it comes in a green & white box. There is a knockoff around that comes in a silver box-doesn't smell the same! S.S. Pierce is long closed..once in a while it pops up on eBay. Men love it on women,too.
