l bought this blind on the recommendation of a lovely basenoter, & l have no regrets! This really is an unsung treasure, & was far & away my most worn fragrance this winter, because it's a perfect cold-weather daytime scent, just right for wearing to work.
l get a quite boozy opening, followed by warm, golden, spiced apples. Somewhere in the heart there's a smooth, creamy magnolia, & then a woody amber in the base. lt has a transparent feel despite the spices, in a similar way to Ambre Narguile, the sillage is soft, but it lasts well. l agree with awesomeness about the bottle!
This stuff is available dirt cheap on ebay, worth a blind buy if you like the sound of it!

I wore this for the first time today and I must say this Unsung Treasure is great!

Notes
Topnotes:magnolia,coriander,orris,pepper,apple and bergamot
Middle notes:apricot,patchouli,cinnamon,freesia and cedar
Basenotes:sandalwood,amber,musk,vanilla and guaiac wood.

I am reminded strongly of three other great fragrances Bang by Marc Jacobs,Pleasures by Estee Lauder,and Gucci Accenti(discontinued sadly).
The opening on me is sharp and peppery-similar to Bang or Pleasures or a combination of the two.
The middle and base are like a crossing of Accenti with Bang.The fruit is there in a supporting-sidekick-named-character,unlike the 'walk-on background extra'-freesia and magnolia.
The "STARS" of this show arepepper, cinnamon ,woods(patchouli,cedar,guaiac wood,sandalwood)and vanilla.
I think this is a excellent fragrance for either gender .I think it will be wearable in most weather and times(of day,of year).
This starts louder and gets softer over allday wear .Sprayed 8:45 am it is still there though more skin scentish by 7:30 pm.I sprayed about 4 times.
