Reviews of Gathering Apples ![]() Oh_Hedgehog United KingdomShow all reviews | Apple juice from concentrate. No pulp, and certainly no dirt – that wonderful contribution of Christopher Brosius' to the perfumer's palette. This fragrance would improve dramatically with a rotten apple in the bushel; it shouldn't be this clean and a better name for it would be 'Gathered, Pasteurised, Apples'. 29th September, 2010. |

![]() olfactorysatiation United StatesShow all reviews | As a child I remember going to apple orchards where you could smell apples the whole way through. Apples and wet wooden crates and baskets and the smell of paper bags. I don't really get these smells. There is a significant apple note that carries through and does smell very fresh and very real. It doesn't smell like candied or sugared or super sweet apples. Just the smell of wet apples and a lil musty smell that, I imagine is the wood!?!? 21st December, 2007. |
| ocpyroqueen United StatesShow all reviews | I agree with the second of the preceding reviews completely, plus the apple had not sweetness to it, so it didn't make me feel like I smelled nice at all. It just smelled like an apple does when you bite into it and smell the juice. Too plain. 19th June, 2007. |
| thebeck United StatesShow all reviews | Just received 4 samples from CB. Gathering Apples turned out to be my favorite of the 4. I put Burning Leaves on one arm and Gathering Apples on the other. 27th April, 2007. |
| Caltha SwedenShow all reviews | To my nose, Gathering Apples smells like any cheap apple scent, perhaps a perfume oil or bath & body product. Not particularly "true" or "real" or "natural". It's faint and watery and I don't detect any wood. 6th February, 2007. |
