Reserve for Women is a woody-mossy fragrance with some rather low-key florals except for the opening. I find an annoying fruity-floral note in the opening—it’s too syrupy-sweet, but it does settle down to a more agreeable floral level in twenty-thirty minutes. Unfortunately, the florals that follow really don’t take a very dominant position, and I can’t identify any individual floral notes—they group together in an unrefined accord that is neither especially appealing nor free of synthetic undertones. For light spice, there is a ginger note that is well presented because it is kept very soft and non aggressive. The drydown seems be obtainable throughout the whole scent—it’s an agreeable light wood and moss. It has a pleasant, soft drydown and it has decent longevity. This is a casual scent that, in my judgment, is not very well designed and is way too synthetic.
