An aquatic with patchoulli? Who would have thunk? The overall efect is a balanced aquatic scent with a note of dirt. It is very different from previous TM creations.

3 sprays. Longevity: 7 Hours. Sillage: 40 cm.

Just as the name implies - a lighter, fresher, more chilled version of the Mugler A&B*Men formula . . . and a GREAT one at that.

Excellent for those occasions that don't need the industrial strength force of the originals.

RECOMMENDED!

One of the most underrated fragrances in mens perfumery.

The top notes smell like a mix of muscle-rub and Thierry Mugler Angel, before settling into a mix of aquatic (think dry-down of Bvlgari Aqua) and smooth iced mocca, with the top notes of Angel still there (honestly, this smells similar to the Women's Angel without the heady floral notes and extreme price tag).

Its refreshing, a very, very light gourmand, and would be absolutely delightful throughout spring to a very warm summers day. Over 40ºC might be pushing it though, as the coffee might be too much. Definately casual or going out, and probably more suited to a 'younger generation.' If you enjoy A*men but find the tarry-dark chocolate notes in the dry-down too much or sickening, please try this; you might be pleasantly surprised (as I was).

Longevity is above average. If you suffer from dry skin, as I do in winter, please try this 20 minutes after showerig - otherwise your skin will absorb most of it and you'll be asking why you bothered. (I bought a bottle, got home excited, had a shower, sprayed it on and it was gone within an hour or 2 - yet I woke up the next morning and it was back with a vengence!) Sillage is good too, I sprayed it once on my wrist and was smelling it 5 hours after.

Glad I found this! Ice*Men flew under my radar until I recently began seeking fragrances with coffee notes. The beauty is in its simplicity... the initial notes truly smell like ice coffee, albeit with a spicy twinge (like spiked ice coffee) provided by nutmeg. The top notes persist for a while, melding beautifully with a mild patchouli base that is as simple and distinct a patchouli note as you'll find anywhere. The balance of spice, lightly sweet coffee, and light woods makes Ice*Men very unique and enjoyable.

TWO thumbs up!

My original review is below...it's been almost a year and I revisited this...now I LOVE this. My nose has changed for sure since then ( I have acquired at least 3 dozen bottles since then). Smells like Armani Attitude/B*Men in its initial blast, then it eases up on the gourmand nature quite nicely to a manly cologne. Yes, it still has the slight drugstore aftershave tinge (but very lightly) but the overall effect is nice. What changed? Maybe the weather. It works best in hot/very hot weather. Now recommended.

Joshaugustt and zoomazooma are on point with this. It smells too medicinal to be good. What a let down from T Mugler who is supposed to be awesome.
At best, it smells like one of the men's bath gels from Old Spice or some cheap aftershave like aquavelve.
Def not for me, not reccomended.

It is "Amen Flash" with a new name, but that is a good thing because it's a great fragrance and 100% original, just like all TM colognes. The opening is very fresh (think shaving cream), if not "icy", as the name implies and stays that way for along time, then dries into a lighter version of Amen. Staying power is very good. A few sprays last all day. High five to TM for not releasing the same old crap like other design houses do.

I love this fragrance. Honestly I find it masculine, sexy and almost edible without being to sweet or feminine. I agree with libertine that it is the A*Men summer flash rebranded, but I find this has more of a chocolate undertone wherease A*Men has more of a licorice undertone. The bottles are actually the same for both fragrances.

I don't really care IF this is a rebranded editon of something else. It works.Unlike madridbatabridd, I hate aquatics as a rule but like madrid, I think this is a great fragrance. As fro comparisons to Ben Gay, well this comes back to synthetic notes finding their way into low-cost products (blame the fragrance houses for that!). As always though, the comparison is shallow as there will be some note of similarity but on doing a head to head comparison, the illusion shatters. Funnily I have jsut read the revies on another 'fresh' fragrance which was compared to Ben Gay so maybe the manufacturer has hit on a great scent ;)

The opening is fresh, pleasant, not common but nor overwhelming. After few hours it dries down and turns into lighter version of A*Men (and lasts hours and hours), which I was really glad about. I will probably buy it if I see good price, because I guess that original A*Men is too heavy for my age and social status (student, 24y). 3 out of 4 stars.

Well x3, who would have thought I would like a male Mugler scent! I really like this and its reasonably priced too. I do ge a tiny hint of A*Men in it, luckily the nice part as I detest the stuff with a passion! Very potent, energised scent. Me likes!

Basicly smell quite similar to the A*Men Summer Flash but it has the aquatic twist, pretty bloody good, (IMO as i adore aquatic fragrances)
Some citrus, aquatic notes, coffee (very prominent), seqouia, patchouli and nutmeg.
Nice! Very masculine
