I first tried this one the day it came out in stores. I was looking for something different to add to my collection. The ladies @ the perfume counter didn't even have a tester out yet, so I was their guinea pig. When they sprayed it on my wrist, though, it was like a huge magnet was turned on. Within about 5 mins, I had 15 different women attached to my arm by their noses! They were in that "state" we all get into when we smell something really good. Every time I've worn it I've had compliments up the wazoo & people asking me what I'm wearing. I definitely recommend it!

This one reminds me of Burberry London (the new version). I wanted to like London but there is this rotten fruit or vegetable note in it that I just cannot handle. Attitude smells quite similar to London, but without that rotten note. However, Attitude does come off a bit synthetic to my nose. It may sound strange, but Attitude smells like some synthetic blackberry/raspberry scent with a hint of lemon and coffee when initially sprayed. It's quite strong and overbearing at first. When dry-down occurs, the scent doesn't change much (if at all), however it settles down quite and bit and the overbearing quality goes away. This isn't my favorite fragrance by any means, but it is different and it doesn't smell bad. Because of how potent this fragrance is (when initially sprayed), one or two sprays is all it takes to do the job. Any more than that and I wouldn't be able to handle it.

this is a really nice EDT that I suspect gets unfairly bashed just because it's an Armani (i.e., negative halo effect of the Aqua di Gio syndrome). First, the various comments about its similarities to B*Men are quite true - this is a cousin of B*Men. But like (almost) every instance when people say "if you have one don't bother owning the other", there are enough dissimilarities that this doesn't hold true. First off, I find Attitude to be so marvellously blended that unlike B*Men, this is not very obviously a gourmand. There is a hint of coffee, a bit of citrus, and a nice lavender (that B*Men doesn't have) that gives this a fantastically velvety, well-rounded, and sophisticated presence, while B*Men hits you like a hot pumpkin pie with an overdose of molasses and spice. This definitely lasts less long than B*Men, but in my view it's a far more sophisticated and balanced fragrance.

Reminiscent of Penhaligon's Endymion with a coffee and lavender accord. However Attitude kicks it up a little bit with some spice. I see the similarities with Burberry London but I don't get the booze note in this. Methinks this Italian firm was trying to go for a British attitude. But you know what? This is not totally terrible. The more I sniff the more I like it. It doesn't have a "I'm cheap" synthetic quality to it like some other Armani's (and Azzaro's for that matter).

Boy was I wrong and waaay off base on this one(see my original review below)! I got it for cheap on eBay and wow, I really enjoy it now. It lasts a VERY long time on my skin, and as all have mentioned, it is a melange of Code, Visit, B*Men, Hypnose, Zino, Minotaur, Burb London etc. If you like gourmands or at least one of the mentioned, you should love this.

Thumbs up now!

Not a big fan of this one...it started out all over the place...sharp and indistinguishable. Then it abruptly fades into what I would describe as a faded women's scent, like hypnose by lancome or something. It then stays that way for a sometiem until a pleasant tea like scent shows up to the party. At this point it smells like sometihng you would expect from Bulgari, basically a very well done tea scent for casual occasions. <br>I am going to pass on it, just not quite spectacular enough for me. in the words of Simon Cowell (American Idol) it is a safe rendition.

Oh, i love this! One of the best from Armani. The top note is the best, but it does not last that long. nevertheless, it is a good scent, similar to code but not exactly, the "same same but different" scenario. try it!

I am not sure some friends are smell it. I mean it is not like B*man or Code definetelly. It is too spicy, I agree but not like Thierry Mugler. BUt it is really like Hypnose and Azzaro Visit. I tested yesterday, it is wonderful I think. But in spite of washing me nearly with Attitude the salesclerk in parfum shop, the frag flown and go away))) Nevetheless, it is not stable enough.

Now - I usually can't stand fragrances like this - brand new, crappy name, theme leaving a lot to be imagined, generic in appearance...

But with this one, I was suprised. It doesn't smell nearly as generic and synthetic as all other offerings in the last year.

At first spray, after it has settled after 30 seconds, I get a blend of spicey coniferous notes and a certain light, but persistant church incense, in a totally inoffensive way...

It kinda smells like a liquidised and modernised version of my grandparents' home in Sydney on an early saturday morning - it's 112 years old, built shortly before Federation into the Commonwealth, and has this dark, earthy, historical smell, not 'old' or 'musty', but grand and historical-smelling, coupled with dew-drenched conifers planted under the windows and lining the drive...

After 30 minutes, the progress of the drydown reveals a modern, fresh and dynamic incense-like accord, lightly spicey and quite aloof. This, I feel, is givern depth by hints of cedar, suede and tobacco...

I don't know what the notes are, but overall, I get a dynamic, modern, slightly smokey coniferous-woody-suede like accord, with something added to it that smells quite cool and ozonic, a little out of place - but I found that that gave it character. Strangely, it must just be me, but I also get a very feint decaying gardenia note - and something else - I don't know what - but I have smelled it in about 20-30 mens and womens fragrances launched in the last year and a half...Can't quite put my finger on it. I don't think it is 'achieving' anything...and I don't think the sillage is all that brilliant either...

Anyway, a nice and perfectly acceptable contemporary men's fragrance - maybe something is missing? I dunno what, but that's another thing I feel with it...But look, its nice, and for some odd reason, I cant stop sniffing the back of my hand - but for what it is, I'd say I'd give it about 6/10. No more, possibly less.

Cheers.

Hey guys, from these reviews I gather you're not too excited about this Armani Attitude but guess what? The girls love it! Yep. It's a fabulous frag for the heat of summer...fresh, light, sweet and sexy!!! O.K. ~ maybe it is a re-run of a previous scent, but we really don't care, we just know it's yummy! (Yummy is good BTW.) Besides, the bottle is styled like the old Zippo cigarette lighters, kind of "James Dean-ish". What woman doesn't like a little bad boy in her man?

I think that some of reviewers are a little bit unfare to this one. To me this smells quite lovely. Even though it isnt the most masculine scent I have smelled so far. And not very strong. This could most certainly use an extreme version if you ask me.

Very reminiscent of Minotaure by Polomo Picasso...a popular 90's scent which may have been discontinued. It is more complex and better constructed than Minotaure in my opinion. Its a little powdery and can get boring after a few weeks-months so get the smallest bottle for starters. Light and fresh enough to wear to work.

Very good composition, I do agree there is a B*Men correlation as far as its woody and patchouli aspects are concerned, but definitely no fruitiness. Peppery, woodsy, a hint of coffee, and perhaps some coriander and cardamom and of course amber. A full and seductive opening on the get go, but awfully subtle after 2 hours and finally completely gone. Wish I was one of the lucky dogs that have this last their skin. A welcome addition to the Armani line, especially when I wasn't so impressed with Black Code.

Armani Attitude is another fabulous fragrance from Giorgio Armani. I love the subtle fresh slightly sweet spice. This is definitely a sexy man' s fragrance. Any woman would love to snuggle up to a man that wears this one! Love it. Love it.

This is a NICE fragrance. In my opinion, it smells EXACTLY like Zino by Zino Davidoff. I swear they rebottled the old leftover Zino bottles and renamed them Attitue by Giorgio Armani! I've already got Zino, and it seems to last longer than Attitude. Don't know why fragrances nowadays have no lasting power. Must be the greedy fragrances trying to get by with as little essential oils in the fragrance to get buy. Talk about pulling the wool over the consumers' eyes. I can definitely tell when a company scrimps on the strength. I usually end up returning those bottles and will never buy it again. It happened with Calvin. The relaunch smelled similar to the original, but it was missing the "sweetness" when I compared the new versus the relaunch (I had 2 bottles of the original left and they smelled a LOT better than the relaunch). I suppose Calvin Klein didn't think anyone would notice, or else they lost the original recipe. I did notice the difference, and sent all 10 bottles back that I had bought. Anyway, Attitude is just Zino rebottle/renamed!
