Whip

Counter intuitively: Whip is a rose scent, not really a leather scent. At first the rose note is enjoyable for me – it’s light and soft and fresh. The rose note grows, though, and becomes deeper and quite sequentially more heady. It doesn’t take much for me to call a rose note “heady,” and this one crosses the line for me. I would imagine it is a darn good rose scent for those who like rose scents, but to me it gets too much... it gets too cloying. Also, there is little else to the fragrance except for a soft leather note in the background that offers minimal improvement of the fragrance for me. That’s it… strong sillage and lasts very long.
