Island Voyage (2007)

Island Voyage has become a personal favorite of mine to wear daily or casually. The melon contrasting with the black pepper in the opening makes it pop, but the fragrance is as inoffensive as a crisp, brilliantly sunny spring day. It's sweet, salty, watery, breezy... very simple but perfect for its name.

The longevity and projection of this fragrance is not too great. You may need to be a little liberal with the sprays if you want others to smell you. Another complaint is the sprayer on my bottle is very inconsistent, which is fairly annoying. It's also a bit on the synthetic side, but it's a cheap frag so that's to be expected.

If you're looking for a cheap casual/day time scent, you could do worse than Island Voyage.

The best of the Nautica aquatics, Island Voyage has a lot more projection than Voyage (which isn´t saying much) and if you are looking for a cheaper and less potent version of Diesel Only The Brave with an oceanic twist, this might be the one to grab.
A nice summer scent that gets across the board positive reactions from most women, it has very low longevity and range, which is something we have come to expect from Nautica fragrances, so no one should be too surprised.. Still, considering the very ethos of Nautica as the essence of beach and sun, this is probably the one eau-cologne to get that sums up their mission best of any in the overcrowded and too liberally edited company catalog.
Sure, there is no originality here, but this is one of the few times Nautica bottled their marketing ploy to 100% accuracy. A nice scent that even the biggest Oxford Street frag snobs might take to La Rochelle or Cote d´Azur with them, captures a summer morning on the beach better than most. An easy first in the Nautica cannon.

Really fresh smell.. i wear this a lot in the hot summer days ... weak projection and the longevity isn't that good.. about 4-5 hours on my skin.. I enjoy it but it could be much better

I like this frag, it is not too strong, which if someone didnt like it, they wouldnt be smothered like drakkar noir, when i go fishing in the sea or to the beach, this is a nice scent that compliments my activities. its not very strong but you get a 3.4 oz bottle for like 50$. which is nice.

Somebody had mentioned that this smelt like the original with a healthy dose of ocean water (i'd say more of a breeze, its pretty light for a cologne). This is good stuff. Not too complex, nor is it as strong as the original, but its nice, and its smells like the beach. Salty, breezy, sweet.

Simple fragrance: Voyage tripped out on too much peppered ocean water. Just as floral fresh as Voyage but with terribly weak longevity. Nothing much else.
