This must be on of the most potent fragrances by Flanders. It has a strong opening and the dry down is certainly not watered down. If you like very sweet, tangy fragrances then this may be something for you. I found it overbearing, overly sweet, in a awkward ... fecund way! There is something sharp from the opening that goes on and on. I think that Figue Noir doesn't evolve in an interesting way and it doesn't really mellow down. The sharpness that I get gives me associations of fruits fermenting. Not a pleasant composition.
