Reviews of Joop! Homme Summer Temptation| Selidor United KingdomShow all reviews | I bought this to wear on nights out, and can't say I particularly enjoyed a lot of those nights, so I inevitabley associate this with bad times. Its also very long lasting - despite coming home in the early hours of the morning, it rubs off on my duvet cover and nightwear which really annoys me! I've had to resort to spraying it on my clothes, not that the smell changes alot as its pretty linear, having said that the difference between the top and basenotes are noticable. Its the only fragrance i own that hasnt elicited a compliment despite a fair amount of use over two years. 20th June, 2009. |

In the beginning it's screams "fruits!", then smells a little banal for several minutes (like all the contemporary men scents), but after that comes it's best stage. I think it has rose in it, cause it smells very similar to... Lipstick Rose! only spicier and more tempered. The spices it got from the original Joop! for man, I think. Initially I didn't like Lipstick Rose, but I changed my mind, and Summer Temptation is as cheerful as Lipstick Rose. So, if you like original Joop! for man (i do) and Lipstick Rose (but would like it to be a little more "calmer" sometimes ), you will like this one. 9th June, 2008. |
