Not only does this have a "soapy" top, but it's a plasticky soapy top note. Fades into a wet woods and non-abrasive florals coupled with a crisp fruity note I can't identify. Maybe that's it, this is a fruity iris and tea scent? The tea note feels vibrant instead of dulled like the Bulgari tea house note. Rather ho-hum in some aspects but would be good for a young gal in an office, I suppose. I can't tell if the model on the sample card is a girl or a really-good-at-hiding-their-gender drag queen. 24 April 2009

Vetiver, tea, musk, very unisex, a bit of spring, but not especially original. Nothing sexy about it - which is surprising given the musk note - then again, it is a very synthetic musk. other fragrances might be peeking in and out here and there.... bluebell??? who could tell over the big domineering tea/musk/generic citrus aromas? cardamom is an absolute fav of mine, but undetectable here. Pink pepper? I know that's the hawt little ingredient for 2008, but where is it in this mix? Could be a high end Burberry scent, could be the fragrance added to a man's deoderant stick, could be gym locker deodorant for a high-end raquet club. overall, this one gets a "meh". 16 April 2009

This is really good. Surprisingly good. It vaguely reminds me of Creed's MI, certainly more than the yucky Unforgivable does. I suspect this is going to go the route of Gio and Cool Water - two nice scents that became far too popular. Still, worth trying, and certainly worth buying. Get on the train before it leaves the station. 21 March 2009

Someone gave a friend of mine a sample of this. It has that same artificial and overstrong musk odour at it's base that is common to some Creeds: the ones I reject. It's very strong and unfortunately lasts a LONG time. I hope no one I know starts using it! 10 February 2009

I've never really liked Burberry before, but this one's a hit. It's sort of a "perky" scent. On my skin, the tea and pink pepper seemed to come through the most, which is what I was hoping for. It's not a particularly strong perfume, but that makes it good for "jeans and t-shirt" days, when I still want to wear a fragrance without feeling like a walking contradiction! I can't really afford to buy full-sized bottles of the scents I like, so I pretty much live on samples. If I could afford just one full-sized perfume, though, it would definitely be this one. It's bright, and it's subtle enough that it would make a great "everyday" perfume. 19 January 2009
