  |  Grab a handful of dirt and throw it at your head. That's what Dirty English smells like.I wish I was joking but I'm not. I tried two different bottles of this stuff just to be sure. It opens smelling like fresh dirt and potting soil. Dry-down becomes a little woodier and a little more subdued but it never stops smelling like dirt. It's most definitely original, but there's no way in hell I'm going to willingly walk around the office smelling like this. Perhaps if I was an outdoorsman or wanted to smell like I had been outside landscaping all day... 24 August 2008 |
 | Dirty English is another dark, heavy and a bit sweet kind of fragrance. I detect some incense that vaguely reminded of Etro's Messe de Minuit. Smells dated and although it's not an aquatic, It's not original either. Gucci pour homme follows the same line but is better... 29 July 2008 |

| Ok I could not wait to get back and write about this. This was just AWFUL! I tried it twice, & it smelled very smoke like & nasty! I am not attracted to scents such as this. The first spray is a WHAM! In ur face thing, but the dry down is a little better, not much tho. I get a hint & I do mean HINT of strawberry... But over all this is just not me at all. I think this fragrance would be best worn in cooler weather such as fall & winter! Wearing this in hot weather conditions is not appealing what so ever. The bottle is nice, but thats where it ends with this 1! 28 July 2008 |
