Yum...buttered toast with marmalade and a mug of coffee by a woodstove, while watching the morning sun cover everything with a crisp, golden glow. Very cozy, but with that hint of new-day freshness dawn brings. In writing, this mix sounds like a terrible idea for a personal fragrance; in reality, it's unusual but fantastic---and very wearable. Something about it makes me think of the pastels, faded oranges, ochres and greens of 70's cinema---all that hazy, dreamy naturalness. 18 March 2009

Very pleasant smell, I agree it is similar in look and smell to sensi. I really like the the pepper note but I cant find any honey in it just yet. I think it must just be me but the frag has no staying power whatsoever on my skin, it just disappears in a flash on me. 12 February 2009

Ok, no. NO. This stuff smells just like Peaceful Sleep, an insect repellent stick, to me. But then, so does a large part of Shalimar. Can somebody tell me what that ingredient is?! I would have guessed bergamot/vanilla, but this doesn't claim to have those notes. BAD SMELL. 13 January 2009

I really like Sensous. Doesn't bowl me over with originality, but it's a very pleasant, warm skin scent. It's subtle (once the initial pepper note burns off) and appropriate for most occasions. Similar in feel to Gaultier2. Nice departure for Estee Lauder. 04 January 2009

This has a lot of creamy, sweet vanilla that I'm not keen on, and instead of incense I get something more like ashtray. The woods don't really come forward until late in the drydown. I guess I bring out the worst in this fragrance. 22 December 2008

It seems everybody finds this scent similar to something, me too :-) At first I found it similar to Organza, then after the dry down, it was similar to Tentations (Paloma Picasso).. Anyway I am sure that this is the best perfume of Estee Lauder so far, and perfect combination of amber and honey. Scent has a lovely sweetness but not cloying, makes me calm down.. Staying power is great also. Thinking of buying a bottle. 21 November 2008
