THick smokey pepper in the opening.... but it's so potent that it transcends a peppery accord into an odd menthol accord (much like Vicks Vaporub). This is very strong. Excellent sillage. Not for me.

Massive cloud of pine smoke in your face in the beginning. Developes into deep composion of spices and smoky woods. Pine remains in a starring role all way through.

The scent reminds me very much of that of a old wooden sauna. Visions of camfire and old shed full of tarry logs also run in mind.

This is very fascinating fragrance, full of evocative qualities, but it is very sharp and smoky plus a bit harsh so I am sure its just too much for some. Even I think it probably would work better as a room spray.
